I went today SATURDAY JUNE 4th 2022 around 3:00pm & the 1st girl working the drive through made a disgusting face to my mom after my mom said “ Thankyou “ in Spanish. Not once was my mom rude to her or anything. My mom was really nice to her.. this employee had glasses, light brown hair & I’m gonna say hispanic? idk but this isn’t the 1st time this happens at this location. These employees always stay making faces. Leave your job if you don’t like working there PERIOD.

No Cole slaw. About 6 fries; literally. 3 or 4 tiny strips. The lemonade was not sweet. Are you serious? Look in your bag before you leave. Ridiculous. Won't be craving this restaurant ever again
One of my friends told me about Cane's, I was unsure about going but once i tasted the Caniac combo with the famous cane's sauce. I was hooked!! Clean/amazing food/good taste of music what else do you need. Keep up the great work! XD

I went to the drive thru, I was tried to order sandwich and four chicken finger. I don't know how is he place twelve chicken finger for me. I did repeat 'I want four piece chicken finger' somehow he still put twelve piece in my order. I know I have Asian accent, but come on, 'four' and 'twelve' ? Whatever food is good
Jeremiah Raygoza emailed me about my dissatisfaction in regards to my meal the 6 piece meal with fries well it doesn't really help because my meal was dry due to no Condiments for the chicken or fries . It's almost funny 1 weekend visit can be great then the next weekend no . I go to another location through the week and the manager knows my order as soon as the server repeats it , I here them saying extra crispy chicken, no salt fries and always a smile even when they have to go and extra step to ensure my order is correct. So I think I better stay with that location instead of this location . But lesson learned for me stick with location that knows your name or at least your order so I'm giving this location a 2 star ? because I got a response back.
Delicious! The Drive-thru staff were nice as well.I've noticed that the phrase "anything else?" is generally over-used by drive thru staff. The staff here used it, and weren't rude in their tone of voice.I am not a fan of the Styrofoam togo boxes, though. My fries got soggy within 10 minutes.
I love Cane's. The great thing about Cane's is no matter the location or time of day, the food is always great and the wait staff is always friendly and accommodating. This one near Rice and Westpark is no exception.
This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I order a box combo that one of the chicken strips was less 1/2 the size of what is expected. I will be thinking twice before I come back to Cane’s. My French fry was bigger.
