I went on the 15th for a late night dinner. The two upfront female workers were rude to our party and gave us extra attitude when we asked for extra sauce. Please, if you hate your job just get another one girlies. Minimum wage AINT it.

Chicken is the best in Houston . Service fast and food is hot taste great . Lemonade don't get any better anywhere.
Food was good as usual. Placed order online and received confirmation at 5:35pm. Email said pick up in 10-15 minutes. Arrived at 5:55pm and the order had not even been started. My wife and I sat there for 15 additional minutes waiting on our online order. The person in line behind us got his food. The entire drive thru was cleared out before we got our food. What is the purpose of ordering online and giving a pickup time if you're not organized enough to meet that time. Staffing wasn't the issue, as many employees standing around. Employee apologized for delay but his makes me reconsider future ordering at Canes.
Very busy location. Food quality is always top notch. Even if busy, it's a quick and enjoyable experience.
Customer service is rude and they don't listen, and why are the chicken fingers smaller now than what they advertise so prices go up and the chicken get smaller and they should just make nuggets and the food is bland no flavor we liked it here when they opened now its getting bad. Added pic from another they call it finger strips and serve burned fries.

Loved my experience at canes! This boy Alejandro started off my order by saying a very catchy chicken line! It got me very excited to eat there, he said “Chicken chicken chicken which combo are you picking?” Every fast food place need someone enthusiastic like Alejandro!
Cane has been known for fast service and hot food. The location on S. Main the chick in the drive thru, she needs some training. I didn’t get my receipt, then she mocked me for buying a kids meal. It’s called portion control. It’s not that I’m broke, I just needed something to put on my stomach this time of night. Today is Oct 14, I was in the drive thru at 9:14. Please make sure the kids you hire reflect your reputation.
Lines be long but Customer Service is fast. Food is hot , fresh and Everything is in the bag . Great Job!
