Take a jug of tea off the menu at this point.I’m usually asked to pull to the front of the the store where I proceed to wait for 25-30 minutes and tonight at 10:25 (they don’t close until midnight) “we’re no linger serving jugs at this time”…..so I leave this location and go to Mason Rd just for them to tell me the same thing so I’m about to go leave them 1 star as well.The entire menu consists of Chicken, Tea, and Lemonade so for it to be this hard of a struggle is a bit ridiculous.
No matter the location I have never been disappointed. Chicken fingers are meaty and just right on the batter, their fries are delicious and I always have the sweet tea. My only thing is I prefer everything with hot sauce instead of their house sauce.
The manager at the time of 645-700pm was great ? and awesome my daughter loves this place ....one of favorites.... even though the card she received was bogus we paid for our order even though she won it through a fundraiser...he was still able accommodate her order with a smile ? awesome thank you all so much teamwork makes the dream work
Favorite fried chicken right now. And that sauce is the bidness! Crispy flaky chicken and great atmosphere when eating in. Can't go wrong with R.C.!
PLEASE do not eat here. I read the reviews on Yelp which are almost all negative, yet still thought that it was just a one time thing occurrence. WRONG. I had the same issues as the people from over a year ago and the people from last month. The chicken tenders are tiny, they were more like chicken nuggets. The 10$ for a 4 piece chicken “tender” meal was a rip off. Please, go to any other location. It is worth the drive if this is the closest one to you. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE, IF YOU EAT HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
It's chicken tenders done right. What more can I say? Went at lunch time and the line was quick, food was hot. Staff was friendly. Zero complaints.

Love the food great service the only thing is where it located. Located off a busy street and it hard to merge into traffic to go in the opposite direction. But other than that no complaints.
I enjoy this place, the food is fresh and very tasty, the sweet tea is the best, and the staff is very friendly
