Robert is great. His customer service is wonderful. The food...... Canes chicken fingers are the size of kid fingers. $14.69 for these little pieces of chicken.Not worth it. Prices up.... food down.Sweet tea...taste like powder and water. ?
I was expecting much less when i visted today for my first time. Some reviews on here were pushing my family and I away but glad we gave Cane's a try! Portions were huge, chicken, fries and bread were all fresh & delicious! We went inside, place was clean and the theme going on inside is nice (lots to read about). Customer service was good, too. We're definetely coming back more often!
My Children always talk about Cane's food. Obviously it's great, but I'm here to talk about the super quick and professional service. The time I ordered drove up and paid. Bag was ready and drinks with receipt. Phenomenal service!!!

The food is consistently good, but the portioning is becoming less and less every time we go. For the amount of money paid, I feel that the tenders should be a little bigger and we should get more in fries. May be time to find another place if things don't improve. The chicken fingers should be bigger than mine.
Customer service here is good. Food is always hot and fresh. I always have to wait because I like all my box crispy, but I will wait to have it my way. If you have not visited this location you should.

we eat here all the time, and recently they keep giving me 4 strips in my caniac combo. I’ve called once and explained what happened. They gave me a free caniac combo, but I’m not going to keep calling when they do this. We just aren’t going anymore. I’m you pay like 12$ just for them to short you on the meat. I’m not even going to call again. I just won’t be back.
Chicken tenders are divine.....and not overly salty. Same with the fries. Great alternative to the over salted other restaurants.
