I’ve been going here for five years and I am never disappointed. The service is always courteous and top notch. Yep he owner, Eric, is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and makes the best shakes/bowls in town. If I could give more than five stars I would! This place should be a staple for your fitness needs.

Very clean, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but was provided with excellent recommendations. I'm beyond happy with what I decided on. It tasted like one of those nutty buddies. It didn't sit heavy like some smoothies do, and I really appreciate the non dairy option. I will definitely be returning. I recommend this place to everyone. Way way better than smoothie king
This place has the best smoothies in town, love getting one after sports games, workouts etc. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly

Just tried this place for the first time. Purchased the "Big Guns" with added strawberry and honey. LOVE IT! I think this place is better than Smoothie King and much more affordable. I will definitely be coming back to try other smoothies and their other products!
