Wow! I have passed by this place for years...finally tried it. Fantastic, juicy chicken...perfect!Don't let the hole-in-the-wall appearance mislead you...this is several notches above fast food.I had 1/2 chicken, fried cassava, and avacado salad.Will be back with friends.
Chicken is always moist and flavorful. Fries and plantains are fried to order so they’re always warm and the fries are crispy. Good service too
Food it’s delicious but service it’s horrible. I work in the restaurant business and I will never give that attitude that I received today. I called one of the waitress to see if she could come take my order, she just looked at me and ignored me. A few minutes later the other waitress comes and takes my order but she was in such a rush, that she didn’t even asked me what to drink. Then she remembers and from far away she asks me what do I want to drink. To make story short drink came later on, never hesitated to ask me if I needed something else or if the food was fine. It sucks to receive such a bad customers service like that because I was not asking for free food at all.

First time and we loved it!! Amazing customer service, our food was delicious and came out quickly. The chicken was very well done, juicy and tasted great! We got the green plantains which are my favorite, the salchipapas and the fries and all were tasty.Will definitely be coming back. The restaurant is very clean, well decorated.Highly recommend.
My family used to frequent this restaurant a lot. Their restaurant menu is 10 to 15% higher than if you order on DoorDash directly. I called and ordered over the phone thinking it would benefit them and me. After finding out price was higher I asked them to respect the lower price. Cashier caused a big scene, told me she couldnt do anything to fix it and said I was being complicated over just a few dollars. After 10 minutes of arguing and her refusing to respect the lower price which hadnt even been charged to my card yet, she asked me to place the order on DoorDash and told me what a big deal it was to do this for me.Great food, but bad customer service. Especially with long term returning customers. Never coming back.
The Lomo Saltado has excellent flavor. Clean dining room.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The two dishes I had were amazing!!! If they bottled the sauce for the shrimp I would buy a gallon of it! Bravo!
I have been here many times and really enjoyed the food. I hadn't been in several months and decided to go on a Sunday around 1:15 with family. After sitting down in a nearly empty restaurant with only one table of 3 dining in, we got no menu and no attention from the workers. Finally after about 10 minutes, we just left.
