I ordered online, but they did not start making my order until I arrived and asked for it. Several items were missing including two of the three proteins that I ordered and paid for. I took it back, but the server insisted the order was correct except for missing one protein.This is the second time I have ordered online and the second time the order was incorrect.Additionally, the wasabi was not on the side but mixed in with the bowl so I couldn’t eat most of it.The food quality is generally good and very tasty.I suggest not to order online, but to hover over the counter and watch them make your bowl to get it correct.

Best poke in town. I’m so happy that pokeworks opened up at rice village. The food is phenomenal and it’s an easy walk from Rice so an awesome quick meal place for college students !!!The staff is so so kind and nice. They deserve a raise for their hospitality and cordiality.Also look at the take out packaging! They even wrapped it so it doesn’t spill and safe. 100/10 would recommend checking them out.May this business prosper because it’s definitely one of my favorite place now in rice village!! :)
The tuna bowls are amazing!!!!! Fresh ingredients and toppings. What I appreciate most: they do not skimp on the toppings. Go check this place out. If you don’t like raw fish, I believe they will sear it - so yay for you!

I have visited this establishment twice, once on a very quiet day when they first opened and the second time on their grand opening BOGO day. Customer service was through the roof! Service was stellar on both occasions, but I was VERY impressed with the way that they were prepared for the crowd on BOGO day, so much so that I purchased extra a la carte menu options on the spot! I wasn't able to capture my points that day, which was a bummer bc I'm sooo close to a reward, but I reached out to their customer service on Twitter. Hopefully their online tech support is just as good as the store! I will def be back to this location!
So excited for this new location! The staff could not have been nicer. My 4 year old had some specific requests and they accommodated all requests with a smile! We will certainly be regulars.
