If you ordered to go, or through ubereats, they will absolutely rip you off.If you are a dine in experience, it is quite Pleasant. Hopefully they talk to the person in charge of to-go orders!
This poke place has bowls already picked out and it was tasty, special on Sat buy one get one half off, for 3 people still spent 56.00 bucks as the drinks are like 4 bucks each. My preference for poke is us choosing the toppings cause I like everything, which is the reason for the 4 stars, other than that, fast service and wasn't packed at all
Food is always good here, however the price has gone up. I spent $47 on two regular bowls, a drink, and a water. Don’t remember it being this expensive last time, but who knows with prices going up for everything. Again, food is good, but I might have to just make this at home.
They do not offer the full menu if you go into the store. For example, they refuse to offer white rice even if it is available in store and only offer white rice if you order through delivery services like UberEats. I went in at 7pm on a weekday and they said that they were unable to offer white rice as it is being saved for their online orders.
The like to wrap the sauce cups in plastic wrap but not snap the lid on fully. This has happened 3 time at this location. I did call and let them know and they said they were sorry.!
So I have been coming here frequently for the past few weeks and the food here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and there is always a nice atmosphere. Since I come here often Kianna usually has my bowl before its even my turn to order! Definitely one of the best poke places!
The food there is typically amazing. Today the miso soup was all water no tofu zero flavor. The bowl was delicious.
I also Door Dashed for this location but my fiance did the transaction. Everyone was amazingly pleasant to the point to where my fiance took their wrong order back to the restaurant and actually waited almost and hour and a argument in order to get their food back so they could eat lunch. Lovely atmosphere, staff, and customers and wouldn't mind experiencing that type of treatment!!
The best poké restaurant in South Main, The manager is amazing and the staff are always the best customer service. The food is delicious, the dining room is always clean and there is always safe parking.
I ordered Poke, but the rice was too sticky and it was not delicious. I think the texture of the rice is important, but it was too watery to eat. So I throw it away after a few spoons. And the miso soup wasn't as good as I thought.
