Paid $14 for a sushi burrito. I found a hair wrapped inside of my burrito that was clearly not mine. I went to the cashier and showed them the hair. They didn’t apologize but asked if I would like my food remade or if I wanted a refund. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t process a refund because the manager was not in. I left my information and was promised to receive a call from the manager. It has been over a week and I have not received any calls. I have tried to call the location several times with no answer. Terrible customer service.

In the last week and a half I've frequented three different locations, the Heights location twice. The staff are rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. My sister had to ask for utensils and the person said "look over there, you get them yourself ". So rude!!!!! They aren't consistent in how they "measure the serving size and when questioned they say it'll be extra. Not worth the money when there are better places with exceptional customer service and better pricing for larger serving and kind employees. Also, I'd give a rating of zero but the food didn't do anything wrong!

Good for a chain restaurant. Staff always cool and place is clean. Parking is usually easy and just an all around effortless location.Straws are made of actual tissue paper. Much better eco straws exist or just use plastic please.

Really enjoy a good bowl of poke after working out. Good selection and great toppings and drinks. Spam musubi is a little salty, but I really vibe for the poke anyways

Very clean, spacious dine-in atmosphere. Respectable selection of proteins, veggies, and a nice selection of sauces and crunchies to put on top.

Great food! Poke was fresh!

I just got food poisoning from this place. Food smelled a little fishy when I got it, come to realize it was old. Found bones in the salmon. I thought I was crazy and ate 1/3 of the bowl before stopping since I felt bad. Then went to the ER with fever, nausea and vomiting. They said it must be food poisoning from the old food or that it was improperly stored. Avoid at all costs. This was the only thing I ate that day and it was a horrible experience.

One of my favorite poke places to eat for lunch. When I want to splurge I’ll go here, costs have gone up so it averages $14 for a regular bowl and no drink.

Excellent choice for sushi ? I absolutely love this place. My daughter introduced me to it a couple of years ago.

Very expensive, but everything is expensive right now. The people helping us were doing the best they could, but the service was very slow. It felt like it took a long time for them to make 2 burritos. It was very clean inside though
