First time and we had a great time. The food was delicious. I ordered the Sangrio drink and it was so refreshing. The sweet glazed wings were great. Six large wings. Service was good also. Only thing we got our bill and there were two taxes added. Never saw that before: a food tax and LBW tax.(alcohol). No big deal but was strange. Can't wait to return.
I really like coming here to bowl! The bowling prices are pretty decent for the area. My only issue is that the servers like to crowd everyone so you are extremely cramped trying to bowl (with the entire other half of the lanes unoccupied). The servers are nice and attentive. The food prices are /pricey/ so maybe eat first and then come bowl.
Pinstripes is such an amazing place to go to.I went for my first time yesterday with my friend for brunch and when i tell you the food was bomb,so so good. The decoration in this place is beautiful and chic and modern.Went bowling as well and its was great,very clean and nice and was able to have full service at our section, get the buffalo califlower,so good.Overall fantastic experience there and will be going back again.
I sat at the bar upstairs. Had 2 martinis and a flatbread. Worst bartending I’ve experienced. I’ll never come back again.
I visited this location at 6 pm on Saturday night to celebrate my friend's birthday. I will start off by saying the food was great. The service on the other hand was terrible. We were the only people seated in the restaurant section for the larger part of an hour and every time we needed anything I would have to look over the booth behind me and wave down any random server to have them come over and attend to us. The waitress had multiple errors with our orders, including not putting all the food orders in, to bringing the incorrect drinks. At one point we ordered 3 IPAs and they brought out 3 blonde ales. Upon tasting the beer I was certain that it was incorrect and again had to wave down a server to come help. He came over and told us that he would fix the situation and we should go ahead and keep the wrong beers. 5 to 10 minutes later or original waitress came over and argued with us about how these were the correct beer because they were at the bar pouring samples to be sure. After 5 minutes of arguing with them including showing them and comparing the color of the correct beer we already had at the table to the blonde, they finally realized the mistake took the wrong beers, and replaced them with the correct ones. Then we are ready to close out and after waiving down someone to get our waitress we were able to close out. Initially, we were going to play Bocce Ball but the birthday girl was too frustrated by the poor service decided she didn't want us to spend any more money at this location. I sent this message to Pinstripes on Monday and just like trying to find our waitress, no one has responded.
Pinstripes was super fun! They have the cool bowling part which was obviously so,so,so awesome! I loved it there! Also,kids meal wise,I definitely recommend the Mac and cheese they serve. Their sauce is handmade and it’s freakin good! I loved the Mac and cheese. Overall cool place,5 stars!
I had my little sister‘s graduation party here. the food was great the service was good the only thing is that my party was not ready when I got there so I have to wait 30 minutes to get to my area. They promise to give us 30 minutes after the time was done and they did not give us the time because they said that another party was after us. I saw that there was no party after ours and they still didn’t give us more time so I am very disappointed about that. Other than that everything was great we had a blast and fun.

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant but the Sunday buffet is not worth $29We got 3 pieces of prime rib and they were either tough or bloodyAll the trays were set on a high shelf, so I could not open the lid all the way.There is only one rest room on the first floor, so every time I go, it's occupied.Second floor rest room - the water doesn't come out easily and it takes so long and multiple attempts until the soap comes out. It makes the sound only. They need to be fixed.
