I'm a dasher and few times I have came to pick up someone's order I feel as if I'm ignored and walked over. It seems like they feel they are above certain people. I felt very disrespect
Been going here since 2009. Best flavor Pho soup I have ever had, and I have traveled eating Pho in many many different places in the US. Owner knows my order by heart. Great place. I have turned many people onto this place over the last 13 years!

I have been a regular at this restaurant for a year now, ordering Pho for carry out since i live close. Today i realized when i got there that the guy working the front wouldnt let me see the total and was manually entering the amount for my meal. When i looked behind the desk at the screen my total was $20 but he manually made it $23 dollars for a 3 dollar tip. Normally i would tip on my own when given the chance, but THIS is inexcusable. He basically reached into my wallet and grabbed 3 dollars! HE STOLE FROM ME! He can have the 3 dollars, but i hope it was worth losing a good customer. What if i had ordered 100$ in food? would you have stolen 10? Its the principle! Be careful when paying here.
Pho is very flavorful, and the iced Vietnamese coffee is great. Not too sweet or bitter
The food here isn’t bad but the amount of food is so less. They serve only half of amount of food to compare to the other restaurant but the price is the same or more expensive.they try to save on the amount the food to earn more money and let the customer be still hungry after their meal. Unless you order more and I believe it’s their purpose also.
My aunt took me to Pho Hai Van for brunch. It was my first time visiting this restaurant. It's located in an old plaza. The outside of the store is ordinary, however the interior is super cute and cozy.Their Pho is amazing, pretty authentic. I ordered a rice plate (Cơm tấm). It was so so delicious. The pork was very moist.Their price is reasonable. Also, there are lots of options for you to choose on the menu ?
Second time come to this place …. Ok food …. Really bad service…. Today I wait 5 mins to get order and after 10 mins order still not come , and I ask my for the food them 5 mins later come with the wrong item I ask for change …. After another 10 mins still no food been served! So I ask the waitress …. And they totally forgot my order…. That’s why I give one star……
The pho is by far the best in all of south Houston. I mean couldThe servers be a little more charismatic sure but who cares if the food is great.
Last time I was here was in 2001. Was throughly impressed with the quality back then. Went there yesterday and was impressed again with the portion size and quality. Will be back more often.
