The pho at Pho Binh tastes immaculate. I ordered the chicken pho. The flavor was savory, exquisite, and heavenly. Their food is very plateable, and I would recommend it to anyone new to pho. There is no long wait which is perfect, for a quick and delicious meal. It does not end at the slurpable and slippery glass noodles. The steamy warm broth at the end serves as a reward. The service is great, and the food is not pricey and reasonable. The interior of the restaurant has an authentic feeling. I will be coming back again to indulge in that pho. Next time I will be trying the beef pho! Be sure to get there early before it runs out!! Pho Binh is the absolute best!
CASH ONLY! The iconic Houston landmark since '83. Best pho you can find outside of Vietnam.. better than authentic. ? Love their fresh orange juice sugar drink too. Sounds comical but the drainage ditch view from inside is picturesque. A must try but the earlier the better as they can sell out on busy days. Taste is far superior to their Pho Binh by Night location in Bellaire.
Authentic Pho. DeLiCiOuS!!! Good price, service is quick and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you want the best Pho in the Southeast area.
Don't judge a book by its cover......The Pho is outstanding. This place only serves Pho soups when they run out they close for the day. THEY ONLY EXCEPT CASH!!!!
My favorite Phở is Pho Dien . I heard people talking about pho Trailer so I took a second try ( few years ago I had tried one) . Let comparisons.Pho Binh Trailer: 1/ why they give spare broth .2/medium rare meat is so tough, bland. 3/ the tendons is hard chewy & bland. Herb is basil and cilantro . Pho Dien : the broth is good enough ( generous) covered noodles, meat. The medium rare beef is tender, juicy, sweet. The tendons is right about the softness, flavor. Herbal are basil, cilantro and ngò gai . To me the broth is similar, but go to detail bowls of pho I prefer pho Dien
No frills, just concentrates on what they do best. One of the best chicken pho I've come across, with thinly sliced tender chicken instead of the dry chunks that often disappoint. Cash only so come prepared, but if you're in the mood for great pho it will be worth an extra trip to the ATM.
Love the pho! The is not too rich, but not too soft. It's just right! Don't forget to bring cash, since they don't take credit lol
