I went to Pepper Lunch yesterday. The staff were amazing. There were two ladies on staff that were running the entire restaurant alone at lunch time. De’Syre and Eemaan. I can see why the reviews are so bad, because had they gotten slammed, I imagine it would be difficult to keep every customer happy. But they did a tremendous job. The service was impeccable, the food the absolutely delicious, and now I’m on my way back for the second day in a row. Great job girls

Have been twice and absolutely hate this place. Food is fine (it’s just rice on a hot plate), nothing great but really expensive. No matter, the service is some of the worst I have ever had.Last trip we went on a double date, they had no tables so they stuck us in a divided table they put right by the door. So awkward we should have left but gave it a chance. Our food then came out one at a time over 50 min.By the time the last order came out the first was ice cold. Even when regular tables became available they insisted we stay at the uncomfortable divided table in front of the door.I was polite because I was with people but I wanted to go full Karen on this place. It was a really expensive evening to be ruined by this place again.Next time someone suggests this place I’m going to lose my mind! They think it’s so clever, but really it’s rice on a hot plate. I don’t get it.

Went there yesterday for the first time and had the jumbo beef pepper rice. The corn and rice were really tasty, the meat needs a little more flavor, overall it was really good. The place was clean and the service was friendly and fast.

Came in a bit late and they were only doing take out. To get the best experience, dine-in. The sizzling platters the food is served on really makes it so much better. We ordered what the cashier suggested the beef and corn platter. It was literally just beef and corn with rice. We also ordered sweet potato fries which were a tiny order, maybe 10 fries for $4. The curry options looked intriguing, but this experience wasn’t great, so I probably won’t come back.

great Japanese personal DIY teppanyaki. tons of combinations to choose from. fun to have all the sizzle on in your own hot plate. every bite is nice and hot. it's a little heavy on the black pepper as you would expect from the name but it's a little over powering after a while if you don't use one of their sauces.

Cute place with an interesting menu. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. The taste is incredible.LOVE IT

Absolutely great experience and delicious food! The only downfall is too much rice and not enough meat on the classic beef. Luckily they have teriyaki options with a choice of either miso soup or rice. Their pasta is worth a try as well!

AMAZING ?! I loved the food and the experience. ? the staff were really helpful at explaining the menu and the best way to enjoy the food. I highly recommend anything with the wild Angus ?. The pasta was also really good, solid choice for first-timers.

Great tasting Asian food! For those who are new to trying out different cultures this is a great place to start, the Beef with cheese sizzling plate was excellent in taste and fresh and the restaurant was clean and had friendly staff.Only complaint is that it is on the more pricey side for the amount of meat you get, and it seemed as if the lady in the front cashier was doing all the work by herself while her coworkers seemed like they were having a party in the back

Its really easy to miss this spot when you walk by but once you get in it changes completely your thoughts you pretty much gotta self order and grab a number but whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed the flavors are really even not to salty not to simple.. The environment is really relaxing for a quick delicious meal.. i highly recommend this place
