Always get same thing. Pad Thai w Chk. And I know when its made right just by the color.Ordered and drove out of my way to get a favorite - didnt look till I got to my destination.Near colorless sauce. Not enough sauce. Not properly thickened. And also left out the peanuts ?. Seemed like extra chk but entirely bland.Tried to add flavor but only had 1 soy sauce packet. Didnt help much.So very disappointed. Should have worried when the emp on the phone said it would be ready in 5-10 min. ( not enough time to cook it properly. I'll be back but its gonna be a while.
This place is awesome. Best fried rice in houston, the staff is super nice, and they were very understanding after I goofed on the movile app! Highly recommend!!!
Disappointed that I show up at 7:30 something and was refused dine in service due to restaurant closing at 8 pm yet other customers still eating and some waiting on food. This is Chinese fast food.
Let me first say; that the majority of the time I order from this location I am pleased. I decided to order the new Bourbon Chicken ( I was excited because the Bourbon Ckn in the mall is satisfying) this was extremely salty and you couldn’t taste the Bourbon at all. Would NOT RECOMMEND
Kung pao shrimp my favorite, noodles, fried dumplings, egg rolls. Got two orange chicken dinners for my guests. Rave reviews! Terrific!

I just wanted to say how thankful my family was for the stellar service we received today got the Pei Wei on Voss. Vyshnavi went out of her way to help us with our order, and she turned an awkward situation into one where we felt extremely blessed. Also, a big thanks to Devon for being so kind and courteous. I’m disappointed. I’ve been getting food from this location for a long time, and the quality has come down so much recently. I got the kung pao chicken (my usual) - it barely had any flavor and the chicken pieces were small and tough to chew. And this isn’t a new phenomenon, the quality of the ingredients and overall taste is much worse than it was just a few years ago.
We are very disappointed. We ordered 2 new entrees, the Thai curry and the firecracker chicken. We also ordered 2 fried rice. We picked up the order and went home. We couldn't find the fried rice and thought that they didn't pack it. We came to realize the put it under the entrees. The firecracker chicken was tiny pieces of soggy chicken lightly tossed in an overly sweet sauce. The Thai curry chicken was bland, flavorless. The fried rice wasn't served separately, but was placed under the entrees. Overall, we won't return. There was just no value in our dinner.
