1st time visitor(at this location). I went for lunch with a group of 7 people. Food was good except my dish, cheese enchiladas, was a little overdone. The refried beans were not that plentiful and we're dried out along the edges. Same with some black beans that we were served that was only filled to about half of the cup size. Meal was served very hot so be careful you don't burn your mouth. Servers were busy but they were able to still come by for our drink fillups. Wait time was only about 15 minutes to get seated. Plenty of parking which includes along side and back of restaurant.

Please be aware that this place claims that they no longer accept online reservations. The staff was polite about it, but it's a bit frustrating considering the fact that I made reservations for a reason. I'll update with my thoughts on the food after tonight, but I expect it to be good as all of the other locations that I've been to were good as well.UPDATE: First of all, the food was very good as expected from Pappasito's. Also, I was contacted by the upper management and they assured me that they are looking into why I was told that reservations weren't accepted at this location. I appreciate their willingness to correct the issue.
Pappasito's always has great food and drinks. We were celebrating a milestone birthday for a family member. Our server's Darius and Kasey took great care of us. We had a table of 20 people and there teamwork was on point. They need to keep up the great communication and take it to the next level. Overall a great experience all around. Also shout out to the floor manager, we did not get her name but she was all over the place helping our family and all the tables around us. Great service all around. We will definitely be back. ??

When my party and I arrived, there was a 25 minute wait due to a shortage in staff. Our waitress ended up being super nice and made several suggestions and accommodations for our budget. Speaking of budget, the prices here have shot through the roof and I don't see how this is ideal for everyday consumers. A fajita player was &74 + and for 4 become wrapped shrimp, it was somewhere around $18. Inflation has gotten the best of the restaurant industry! Geesh! Our bill ended up being $126, not including tip. ? our once a week visit is going to have to be a once every other month visit. The restaurant parking lot was half full and the inside was around 75% full. Many people walked out after hearing there was a significant wait on an early Monday evening. I don't see how their prices are going to be sustainable for customers. On the contrary, our food was hot and delicious, our drinks were good, our chips were super salty, but were remade, and were were offered a complimentary dessert for the long wait it took to remake the chips. I give it 4 stats because the restaurant was working at a disadvantage but delivered as far as food quality, presentation, and customer service. However, finding that sweet spot between profit, inflation, and practical consumer pricing needs immediate attention! The fan base isn't going to last long here with those prices!

Quickly becoming my favourite chain restaurant. The ribs are so good and I wish I could pinpoint the unique flavour, they should sell the sauce.This location was quiet and well spaced out. I just wish they all had bigger tables because its quite cramped if you order a family platter.The service was excellent. Will be back for sure
