We previously ate at this establishment before and unfortunately had a bad experience. It took us some time to return. So we gave it another try and we must say after the service we received today we will definitely be back. Our server Riyadh was very attentive and friendly. Upon speaking to Noah a manager there she was very friendly thank you for speaking with us and for the service provided. The food was delicious. Awesome experience we shall be back!!!! Delicious burgers, great setting and service. You walk in, you order your food, you sit down, someone comes to confirm your order and then you get your food. They get refill your drinks and get anything else you might need while your there. You pay and your good as gold. Its a great place to eat.
Savannah was my waitress and she was very pleasant. Food was out in a timely manner and the restaurant is clean. All in all highly recommend!

I loved this Pappas Burgers, so friendly and food is great. Sad that the chicken fried steak is no longer on the menu right now, but you really can't go wrong with a burger. Also, parking is very limited and tight, so come early if you're eating here on a weekend.
The food was delicious and our server was great. The ladies taking our orders at the cash register could had been nicer and professional. The food didn't disappoint and the onion rings, and fried jalepeño were a good touch to have. The milkshake was delicious and went well after the meal. Our server was always attentive and made sure we were taken care of.
They are very generous with their portions! Especially given their price. You will leave full. Meat is unseasoned and cooked one step less than what you ask for, but there's enough tasty toppings that you don't really mind. Don't be afraid to use a fork and knife to eat your burger either, as they're so greasy they'll fall apart in your hands. I was mostly let down that their beer specials, while advertised as genetic and plural (domestics and happy hour drinks), pertained only to Bud Lite and no other beer. Mostly a good experience, but nothing absolutely spectacular. There's definitely better $15 burgers at other places.
One of the best burgers we've had in a long time. Pleasant servers and atmosphere. We had nachos deluxe, blue cheese burgers, Frito pie burger, bacon cheeseburger, and nickel bacon cheeseburger. Our sides were onion rings, sweet potato fries and regular fries. Drinks were milkshakes strawberry and banana. You will not be disappointed.
