Food was excellent, the customer service was amazing, we never had to ask for refills the waitress took very good care of us.
This restaurant is 1st class. The family attended a luncheon for my brother's birthday. There were 11 people and our server was very attentive. The food was delicious as always. This restaurant is always busy but the kitchen and servers seem to maintain great flow. Our server name was Lavert. The floor manager was so friendly and she kept checking to see if we were okay. Love this restaurant for big crowds. I had the usual fried catfish, shrimp, chicken tenders with a baked potato. My brother had rib eye steak and lobster. My brother gave me a taste of the lobster and now OMG this will be my new favorite add on. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Pappadeaux’s is always going to be my favorite place to go. This particular night I dined in at the bar and the service was great. The bartenders were great with offering suggestions on wine and addressed you by name which kinda makes you feel special … lol. My food was delicious. I had the Atlantic Salmon Alexander* As you can see in the picture the portion size is very good and you get what you pay for. For dessert I also had strawberry cheesecake which I ended up taking home as I was too full from my dinner ?
We came here for our anniversary/ birthday and The service was AMAZING!!! And our server Josh was also AMAZING my husband drink was never empty and I recommend that If you are in Houston downtown area this place is a must...O and did I mention the drinks are AWESOME

We came in town from St. Louis and Our food was amazing. Kiara was our server and she took great care of us. Great customer service. The manager Cedric was awesome as well. If you are ever in Houston, you have to visit this location and try their food!
Great food, appetizer was fried alligator with potato strings, entree Costa Rican Mahi Mahi with lump crab meat in butter lemon sauce and spinach and Greek salad. Superb. Mimosas and creme burlee with fruit. Service was provided by Lloyd, excellent waiter, attentive, affable and on top of the orders. Imperative service. Definitely management needs to promote him. Will be back for more.
Great customer service!Our staff luncheon that started off on a bad note was turned around by the wonderful manager Cedric and his staff.Originally we reached out to the Willowbrook location a day in advance to make reservations for our group of 14 but was told none was needed if were planning to come at 11 am (opening time). When we arrived today we was told they couldn’t accommodate us and we needed a reservation. The worst part about it was the restaurant was practically empty.We called this location to see if we could be accommodated and without hesitation they immediately welcomed us. When we arrived they had several groups waiting to be seated however, the wait time wasn’t long and they went out of their way to position tables for us to eat as a group.Thanks again to Cedric and our server Clayton!
The food was amazing as always but it waiter tonight was slow as molasses. Nothing was fast, not even the check. Not sure if he was new but my God, he was sslllloooowww!!!!!!!
