Extremely poor service!I went into the store and I wasn’t greeted. There were very few customers inside and still no one came to take my order. After 6 minutes a boy came running who worked there and said, I’ll be right back. Then I got frustrated waiting in the line. So I went to the drive through. Again there is no response from anyone. What a waste of my time! If there is no one to greet the customers or take there orders why keep this joint open. What a waste of my time!
Classic place where you can taste healthy food: getting pick two option you can choose your combination of half sald + half sandwich or half salad + cup of soup...plus a side. The warm and cold bowl are delicious.
Not usually the one who writes reviews. Not trying to be a "Karen" either. However after visiting Panera Bread on Katy changed my way of thinking. Not sure if they even read these reviews but in case they do. Here we go... Decided to order my food through their drive thru. I clearly asked and I quote " Asian SESAME salad with chicken with Avocado. I understood there was a new Asian salad however I said the word SESAME. Meaning the old salad not the new one they are promoting. So I didnt check my food that was my error. I drove off CONFIDENT that they gave me my food correct. My surpirse when I got home. WRONG ASIAN SALAD. I called the store. I once again told the person over the phone SESAME salad. He said come back order through the drive thru and we will fix it right up. So I went again... and I once again said SESAME SALAD. I pulled over. The man said I once again said Citrus. I may be old like almost 30. But I NOT ONCE said the word crunch or citrus as he claimed I had said. He said 3 other people heard. Which I only saw him in the back no other workers. So they tried to make me look stupid like I didnt say the name of the salad correctly. Honestly rude service. I wasnt trying to get a free salad. I was trying to correct my order in which they had messed up. They want to act like they didnt do anything wrong which clearly they did. They didnt want to admit they basically made a mistake.
Went to Panera with my boyfriend & ordered dinner through the drive thru. Waited for about 15 min & the guy who took our order disappeared then a new guy appeared. Another 5 min and we got our food. Majority of our meal was good. I ordered the green goddess salad and it was missing most of the ingredients.
This place used to be good but safely before COVID in 2020 , I notice the service and food was declining, on my last visit this place didn’t have any napkins to give out , instead we were offer the brown paper to dry your hands. Again I noticed the bad food and bad service prior to Covid . I missed Newks kitchen in Katy
All of food tasted delish. We ordered French onion soup, a couple of flatbreads…And the broccoli cheese soup was were the minor issue occurred: it wasn’t soup, it was a small cup of some shells and cheese. Maybe the server just needed to add more broth. I had to doctor it up at home by adding some cream, chicken stock, and more shredded cheddar. All I’ll add is this: for the servers to have a little more pride in their work.
Very spacious and the chairs are comfortable. Internet connection here is good as well if you need a place to work or study or simply hangout. Get the app for easy ordering on your mobile or they also have touch screen terminals for easy ordering if you don’t want to wait in line to order at the counter.
There was a fly flying around the pastries. Also, the person behind the counter took suspiciously long to put several pastries on a plate. The pastries were delicious, the coffee was hot, and the tables were clean.
Ordered rapid pick up. I received a text message my food was ready and sitting on the shelf and it wasn't. Had to wait in line to get my order. What is the point of rapid pick up then?
Waited five minutes to order food with no one in the drive through line Infront of me. Took another 20 minutes to get my food, again no one in front of me. I had a meeting at 1pm that I was quickly becoming late too. I knocked on the window, honked and yelled to get someones attention, nothing worked. I had to call the establishment on my phone to reach someone. When I finally got through k asked about my food and requested either my food is given to me at that moment or I get a refund as I was already late to my meeting.How does it take 30 minutes to make a sandwich? Answer: it doesn't, they forget about your order and let it get cold before giving it to you.
