My family and I celebrated Father's Day by having dinner. Our needs were met by accommodating the reservation time. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Our server Phili was very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive!
Food was tasty, and the gluten-free requirement for my brother and niece (not preference, but a health issue due to celiac) was managed amazingly well: separate serving tray, even. Service was really great. The one downside was that it was soooooo loud in the restaurant. Bad acoustics. I know that it would be awful to try to be on waitstaff here -- trying to hear customers. Amazing that they did so well.
We always enjoy PF Changs. Their lunch bowls are a great value for the money. Service this visit was exceptional. We never waited for anything.
The first problem is that they don’t take Open Table reservations seriously. In fact they told me they don’t deal with Open Table at all. So our reservation meant nothing. The front desk girl was condescending and passive aggressive. We had the sorriest most “hate my Life” waiter. The food was flavorless and the server forgot my coffee.
I normally don't hit alot of chain restaurants but PF Chang's is an exception. Great Asian food and very nice cocktails as well. Lettuce wraps, dim sum, egg rolls, spicy Glass noodles, shrimp and lobster sauce, and spicy crispy chicken. All of these were incredible. Chang's Mai Tai's we're delicious and were very strong cocktails. The service was excellent and on point and I even had the manager come to me at the bar and make sure everything was good. When I am in Houston, I definitely hit this spot on a regular. Huge thanks to all the staff who made sure I had a great lunch.

Ask for Ashley. This was my first time here and she made my birthday experience wonderful!! Extraordinary teamwork and a Satisfying menu. The plates decor for beautiful! This is a birthday I will never forget it was perfect! From the music in the background, the hostess that greets you, and the food, it was all amazing, thank you again Ashley for your great service!
Waitress was great, wine was good, food was good, love the peppered steak, dessert cheesecake was great, normally get the chocolate cake but they were out. Highly recommend we went early on a Friday evening 530 restaurant was busy but no wait.
Love this place! I haven’t been in a few years but omg! They have not lost their touch. The chicken lettuce wraps & chili-garlic green beans are always my favorite! Everything we tried today had great flavor! Would definitely come back!
