Visiting Houston! Heard that really good Vietnamese cuisine exists here and so proceeded to try this one out since it was the only one open when my flight arrived. One of the saddest and worst banh mi sandwiches I have ever tried in my life. I have had far better ones from the refrigerator section of the Asian grocery store. It was hardly substantial in the filling nor was the filling in itself satisfying. Whatever that was there lost its unique flavor. My tofu banh mi sandwich was also smothered in a mayo/ranch-like dressing, making it less and less desirable. It reminded me of burger king's chicken sandwich. After a few bites, I tossed it. I can't speak for any other food items on the menu but purchase and consume at your own risk when it comes to the banh mi!My poor review doesn't end there. The drive through line is tedious. I drove up, ordered at the window and paid. Since nothing else was said, I assumed that I would be receiving my order in a timely fashion and left my car running at the window. Little did I know that I would be waiting there at the window by more than 20 minutes for the sandwiches to come out. Perhaps a better system/flow, customer service by the staffs, and explanation of the process would have greatly informed me of what to expect. Eitherway, I would avoid this establishment if I could, at least until the lobby opens again.

At first because of the quality flavors I looked past the poorly put together spring roll… trust me it’s the only thing edible here… or was. Now not only does the spring roll fall apart but the flavor is gone. The usual woman who takes orders is impatient which comes across as rude. The ice coffee isn’t bad but def over priced. Save your money, find another place. Trust me.

No idea how this place has such good reviews. Super slow & inefficient drive thru. They didn't have ingredients for the special on a Sunday, no biggie. Got the BBQ pork with pate instead. The sandwich itself had maybe 3-4 pieces of meat and I couldn't even find the pate in the sandwich. Flavor of the meat is fine and saves it from 1 star. If you're craving banh mi, do yourself a favor and go to Chinatown. This place is not worth.

LOVE this place! Fresh ingredients, delicious sandwiches, and the most perfect little crispy egg rolls. Definitely one of my new lunch go-to places!

Parking lot small AF and you can't go in. And the wait is entirely too long. Unprofessional. No one is picking up the phone for the second time as I type this review. No one is working as fast as they can bc they obviously don't want to be there. I guess they feel people want to wait on them ALL DAY and wait on food. It's plenty other places to eat in Houston. Why eat here?

I stopped in at dinnertime and ordered a pork bahn mi. When I got it home and took a bite it was quite tasty but I noticed it was mostly bread. Opening it up I found very little poor or veggies. So either a mistake was made or that's how their sandwiches are. They have options on the menu to double the amount of meat and veggies. Take the options because you'll get a great sandwich that's a little more filling.

I want to like this spot so much. The food is good and it’s in a good location. But tbh their service is really slow and it takes away so much from the experience. Even ordering ahead, once you get there, the amount of time it takes for you to be seen is wild. Hopefully they can staff up.

This place has an adorable drive up winning window to order through and has the most affordable Vietnamese sandwiches, delicious spring rolls and other amazing Vietnamese options!! They make coming here a regular necessity!! There’s really no reason to give this place a bad review as their service and options are incredibly affordable and impeccable!!

Was in the area and stopped by for memories sake… Now wishing I had kept it a fond one. This use to be my favorite Banh Mi spots when they first opened. Unfortunately the quality and care have decreased tremendously. Very disappointing.

Fresh, clean, delicious food. The prices are great and you get your money's worth. I highly recommend you give this place a shot. That said, there were some minor issues on my visit.Had the beef banh mi, had to pull some seeds off of the peppers, and then it was fine. Very fresh, very flavorful, great bread, I was sad it was done and wanted more. (At a little less than 4 dollars, that's not an issue.)Also had the rice w beef. Everything was fresh except for the beef, which was thin and chewy, like it was frozen and then slightly overcooked. Not quite shoe leather; it's okay to eat. It's super thin, but there's plenty of it.Better quality rice might have helped. A little underdone (al dente), which i don't think worked with the freshness and lightness of the meal.Sweet fish sauce (nuoc cham) maybe could've used some peanuts and peppers to add a little extra kick of flavor. A touch bland, but it was still good.Everything else was perfect.I ate it all and still wanted more.I'll be returning there someday soon.
