Food was delicious as always. And yâall didnât even bat an eye when we got there and had one extra for our reservation! Thank yâall for always having such delightful and attentive staff. Your food is always delicious but your staff is why we keep coming back AND sending our kids there with friends when they are going to Astros games.
Lunching with many pre-Astro game folks. Though a touch crowded, the staff was quite attentive all around - no one was ignored. Many happy faces!
It is Restaurant Month in Houston however the menus for this feature were not on any tables. I asked the waitress for the featured menu and she was clueless and did not know what I was talking about. The manager came by and asked me what I needed so I told her and she said, "okay, I'll get it for you but did not want to let everyone know about it". Really?? How do you support this cause if you do not want customers to order from this menu? Anyway...pork belly was all fat. I know pork belly has a lot of fat but also has meat and this was all fat. Shrimp cocktail was tasty but shrimp were a bit overcooked. Pizzas were both good.
Food was just meh. Not what we were expecting. Took about 20 minutes once we were seated for a waiter to come by
We ordered a pizza and shrimp and grits. Excellent!
7/21/22: Visiting from Dallas. Stopped by after the Astros game for a late dinner. We had the seared tuna and shared an Italian pizza. We sat at a table and had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to greet us and take our order. A manager stopped by and took our drink order. A while later Jae came by and took our food order. The tuna was good, as well as the pizza. It was pretty crowded and noisy, as expected after a ball game. Once Jae came to take care of us, the rest of our dining experience was ok.
This is a real gem of a restaurant in downtown Houston. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast there this morning and a delightful dinner there this evening. Meals and service were excellent and the salmon was cooked to perfection!
OSSO was slammed between Astros double header ballgames. But they got us our reserved tableâ¦drinks and dinnerâ¦and out the door maybe 15 min lateâ¦.everyone was working hard to make. Customers happy. Food was excellent as usual. Grace under pressure

The ambiance, the service and especially the food were amazing. If you are in the Houston downtown area, check out this place!! The watermelon basil martini was top tier, not forgetting to mention the pepperoni pizza, house salad, and the chicken pesto pasta!!?
