This was my second time here at this location & it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The 1 star is NOT for the service, it is for the management. My spouse & I sat at the bar, the bartender alone was amazing. Meanwhile the manager, German, was just standing at the hostess stand doing what seemed to be nothing. Did not help the bartender once as he walked by twice & did not bother to help bus or direct the staff who were also just standing around. It is clear that the manager on duty was very comfortable. Team work is not a priority here. This is coming from two people who have lived & breathed the restaurant industry for 14 years & counting.
The food was really good but no the best I have ever had. I would go here again, prices are in line with most restaurants in the area.Really good food made with lots of love. The whole experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is amazing. The servers are very helpful and answer your questions with patience. Definitely make a reservation because it is a small space for Olive Garden.

Rudy the bartender was the bomb!! Thankfully I was the only one at the bar for majority of the time so I had his attention! He was professional, attentive, friendly and helpful with even a charger for my phone! Food came out hot and quickly! Moscato was on point! It was a quiet night for me.. I saw kiddos but didn’t hear any crying..maybe it was because of how smooth Rudy made my night! Either way, go see Rudy!
There was 8 of us celebrating my momma birthday. It was one of her favorite restaurants before she passed in 2016. The restaurant seated us in a private room with a large table. Our server Laney was the best!!! Please ask for her when you go. She treated us as if we were in a high end restaurant. The food was hot and everyone enjoyed there selection. She kept the soup, salad, drink refills and bread sticks flowing upon request. This was my first time at the Willowbrook location. The greeters at the door were friendly and one of the young waiters who was not our server checked in on us. I value good service. We received excellent service and good food.
The food was OK, the salad had some rotten lettuce we picked out, the speed of service was fast, the waitress & hostess were great, but the entire place smells like the inside of a minivan with a group of children under the age of 5. I would've given the score an extra ? if the dining area didn't sink. Honestly it's very nauseating. Like worse than the back of a bar.

We love olive garden but they need more help the guy we had act like he knew what he was doing but the guy never returned i had to find him we love olive garden i shouldn't be so negative but just saying in my opinion they need more workers
Had an amazing afternoon date with my husband at this location! Our waitress was Darlene and she was fabulous! She was very attentive, polite, and just a joy to have. It has been awhile since we've had such service that leaves us with such a positive feeling that lingers after the fact!
