Just ok. That's the best way that I can say it. Overall, I don't really care to be told that you have to clear a table, when the place is basically less than 1/4 filled. (See pic). We waited only about 6 minutes, but It's the principle. The waitress was great, the service was very pleasant and timely. Quality of the food was mediocre at best. The soup lacked flavor and quantity. The lasagna was very full of cheese, but scarse on the meat sauce. The salmon can only be described as fresh from the freezer. Sorry guys, very high marks for mediocrity this time.
It's been a long while since I last visited so when my Fiancee suggested we have an early dinner there, I was like "Yes Please". The Garden Never disappointed me then and it's even Better now than it was then. How is that Possible? IT'S POSSIBLE! Better than just Deliciously Satisfying, it was TOTALLY AWESOME! Lacy was our Server and I have to say she was the BEST I've ever encountered in my lifetime and I'm on the 'other' side of 65. She was AWESOME! I had the Seafood Alfredo with a request for Extra Parmesan. I'm a Cheese Conisuor and LACY did Not disappoint, she actually allowed me to say 'when'. Her attention to our table was Phenomenal. Her Smile could literally melt butter. Her Personality was beyond just Charming. Her Presence was always more than Engaging, it was Warm, Friendly, Caring, and Personal. I felt as though I was in the Presence of My own Guardian Angel. Olive Garden broke the mold when they employed LACY. From this point on I Will make sure she's on duty before going in for a Meal again. Go In. Ask for Lacy and your dining Experience will Never be the same... No Matter Where You Go. For her Service? 20%? Ridiculous. Remember that name... LACY. ??
As usual the food was great. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife’s shrimp plate as well was perfect. Service was good too. The only problem was the floor was extremely dirty. When I said something the lady, that was standing on paper and trash, said they had a rush and had not had time to clean. I am talking about less than minute to sweep up the floor. The rest room had not been cleaned either. Urine on floor, paper everywhere towel rack open and sink counter was very wet and had stains on it. The floor to our table had not been cleaned either. A five star restaurant cannot be this dirty if anyone cares. I hope someone fixes this as it is one of my favorite restraints. I might say this is the first time this restaurant was ever in this deplorable condition.
Great service!! I visited this Olive Garden location 3 times and got the same amazing guest service. Twice I was with my 2 little munchkins ?, quite a handful sometimes.Staff are very friendly and accommodating, even the hostess has her eyes on the tables and that is very nice. You don’t feel like you walking, it feels I was invited.Great place to stop for lunch, delicious soup and salad! Best Angel hair pasta and freshest salad ? . ?
They waited to bring the salad and brought this out at the same time as the entrees I sent the entrees back and they were upset I just wanted to wait and eat my salad before my entrees and there's not enough room on the table. We had three different servers. In the confusion of multiple servers they brought us the wrong things and multiple of the same things.
I LOVE Olive Garden!! The flavor is fabulous. I love the bread sticks, soups, dishes and desserts!! PLEASE take your Honeybun here for dinner or lunch!! Besides Valentine's day is coming up next month. Make plans!! Order a drink and gave dessert!! Tip your server well ?
I've been to Olive Garden 1000 times. Despite our waiter Anthony being awesome. That was the only good in our visit! The food was Below the standard we've all come to expect from Olive Garden.
Loved loved LOVED! This location. I’m extremely big on customer service & this location gave me the BEST customer service. I believe my waiter was Mr.James & he was extremely sociable, patient, & on top of it. My food was delicious & came out pretty quick. My daiquiri was delicious not too strong not too weak it was just right. The restaurant was clean & soothing. I loved my experience & I will definitely be back! Thanks James! 10/10 recommend this location.
Been to this location several times in the past year . Seems like the customer service with food quality and food portion has definitely gone downhill at this location. The host and server was very rude. The whole atmosphere from the staff was tense and unwelcoming as if they didn't want to be there. The food was ok but portion size was small this time for the price we paid. The carpet had food on the floor and some of the tables were dirty. Most of the servers don't wear masks. Manager at this location definitely need to better train their staff to be more friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We wasn't even thanked for our visit from the server nor the host at the front door when leaving out. This definitely isn't the way to treat guests as we're the reason staff have jobs. I'm very displeased and dissatisfied with this location and will not recommend my family or friends to this location due to the poor customer service, food portion and quality, and the cleaniness of this restaurant. Definitely will be going to another location after this past Friday's visit.
Such a disappointment. Other than the Hostess being welcoming. Food was bland, even the bread had no flavor to it. Mixed drink was extremely sweet. Half of our silverware still had bits of food on it or was sticky. Our server had a good attitude but the actual service itself was very poor. The 3rd bad experience in a row at this location.
