Chose Olive Garden for lunch today and I must say it was a great choice. Perla was our waitress who never missed a beat. Soup and Salad was brought to the table shortly after our order was placed. Soup was good and hot. She stopped by frequently to check on us (party of 4). Our meal arrived in a timely manner and it was as if it was hot off the stove and out of the oven. I had the chicken Parmigiano with spaghetti and meat sauce. This was a great choice today with service being outstanding during the lunch hour.
I won’t ever return to this ghetto place! The tea tasted like it had been sitting in a dirty pitcher when it was made. The salad was brown like really brown. I had to remove several brown lettuce from my salad! I was so mad cause they ruined my Mother’s Day dinner! Like the staff was gossiping and I could hear everything! I don’t care who messing with who, whose marrying who, who don’t want to work, who quit, whose sleeping with who! I don’t care to see flirting while I’m trying to eat amongst staff!! I have no other words besides, NEVER AGAIN, & G-H-E-T-T-O
My family and I flew in last night from Arizona and we needed to stop somewhere to dine in & eat. Thank God we chose Olive Garden! We arrived there at 7:30pm last night and stayed until closing because that’s how comfortable the environment was and the staff was 1000% kind. Our server Stephanie, hands down the sweetest person I’ve ever met in my entire life. She was so patient with us because we were so indecisive and didn’t know what we wanted. However, she kept a smile on her face the entire time and she was quick with what we needed and always checking up on us. We asked her to take our family picture and she didn’t even hesitate, she grabbed the phone and took our picture, truly made us feel welcomed. Whomever that is overseeing these reviews, let Stephanie know that she has a bright future ahead of herself. Our family really appreciate her true kindness. Thank you to the entire staff, we will be visiting again when we come to Houston in the future.
If I could give this Olive Garden 10 stars, I would. Everything was perfect. We were sat promptly by the friendly hostess. The server, Linda, was quick to come up to us, took our order & quickly brought our salad & bar drinks. She had no issues with my complicated salad order & it all came out correctly. My boyfriend ordered the sirloin MR & it also came out perfectly. On our way out, all of the hosts made sure to thank us & to enjoy our day. Overall, it was exceptional and by far the best Olive Garden I’ve been to.
The service was good and the food came out piping hot but the bathroom was disgusting. The cans were overflowing and one of the stalls would not latch. They need to do better with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant.
I have ate at numerous Olive Garden‘s from California, Minnesota, and now Texas. This location is by for the best one I’ve ever been to as far as time seated, the time our order was took, and the time the food came out. Everything was FRESH, tasty, and done timely and professional. Our waiter Jael was the best waiter I’ve ever had at a Olive Garden. He was on top of everything and courteous. When I come to Houston this will be the Olive Garden I always come to.
We ordered 2 1/2 gallon chicken gnocchi soup and a jumbo salad that comes with 12 bread sticks it is amazing for gatherings and quite affordable at only 52.88 that feeds well over 6 people
I used the online curbside. Me and my coworker got 2 different plates. We're gonna half them so we can try both dishes. Everything was packed nicely. We got soups and extra grated cheese. Yummmmmy!
Our server was very attentive and sweet. She kept checking on us and offering different things but we were too full from our meal to add any dessert. We all had to take our food to go. It was 3 of us.
I tried the new gnocchi soup; excellent!!! I also tried the new to me cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce topped with grilled chicken. SUPER!! Thanks for making my staff happy for NYE. I ordered our dinner curbside and delivered it myself. I, also, was working that overnight shift, as well. We had a really nice dinner!! 5+
