The food and service was great. I had the chicken and shrimp pasta. I don't remember the name and the shrimp and vegetable appetizer was super delicious. I totally recommend. What I didn't like was the chicken in the pasta. It was like a breaded chicken, not like a crispy tender. I wish it was a grilled piece of chicken instead. It threw off the dish and was a bit chewy. For that reason, I wouldn't order it again. lol Other than that, everything was great for out party of 5 adults, an infant, and 2 toddlers. :)
Food and service with Zion was great! But if you eat here, be careful because they have a big problem with vehicles getting broken into possibly by the security guard. We were told to give the manager a list of things that were taken, we did, the window was fixed and that invoice sent in 3 times to the manager. Three months later and still no response and no payment, when they said they would pay for the damages.
This is the Best Olive Garden I have been to. I am very picky about my food and never get through the meal with no complaint. I travel State to State for work and because I love Olive Garden I go frequently. I have been to this one twice in the last week or so.The cooks are AMAZING!❤❤❤!!!! the servers are Super professional!!!❤❤❤ Thanks Taty!!! I had to call the manager over to let him know how pleased I was... This is the only Olive Garden you should be going to in the Houston Area..SignedSUPER SATISFIED
We came to this location for my friend's birthday dinner and it was a good experience. I met an employee who was a Rio Grande Valley native like myself and she treated us great. She along with 2 other employees had nearly the whole restaurant sing for my friend which was a first for me (having everyone join in) but I liked it. If I'm in Houston again, I'll definitely plan a meal here.
Having visited many Italian restaurants throughout Houston and Italy, I heartily recommend the Olive Garden for excellent pasta dishes. Having your choice served with a large salad along with excellent bread rolls puts it above the rest. Don't be put off by the fact that it is a chain. They also have a very nice selection of jazz music being played in the background.
The absolute WORST experience I have EVER had at a restaurant! Clearly the waitress was overworked, overwhelmed and just plain tired of everything and everyone! She made sure that we knew that she did not want to be there, nor want to wait on us! We drove 3 hours there for a graduation ceremony and decided to go out afterwards. We had a party of about 15 people and she was rude to every single person at our table, and got every single order wrong! We tried being patient and understanding and she only begin to act even worse after that! It was a total nightmare!

Waiter didn't know to put the water glass on the coaster, didn't know how to test or pour a bottle of wine, never brought bread plates, never brought a spare plate to share an entree and assumed the amount of cheese we wanted. The service and quality has been drastically decreasing over the 15 years I've been going here, and I probably won't be back to this location.
Grace our bartender and server was awesome. We had a great experience here. It was my baby girls birthday and she was very happy. Food, service and team work is what we had which made our day awesome. Manager lady is a great leader to staff. I would recommend this location to anybody and make sure to ask for Grace. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.
Hostesses need proper customer service skills! They are incredible rude. This is the same Olive Garden my parents would take us as kids. I was in town today and tried to give it a try with my sister, mom and her boyfriend. The hostess placed us at the end of the restaurant where temp was very hot and we felt uncomfortable . We politely asked the hostess to move us somewhere closer, but she had an attitude and left us standing there. A nice waiter with great customer service skills offered to let us sit at the table where we were standing at. The hostess finally showed up and said “omg why did he do that I’m gonna tell him something , in the most rude way. She sent another hostess who rolled her eyes sat us to say “we sat there without permission”, which was rude and a lie and should have never happened because we had been standing waiting to be sat and the nice waiter offered to let us sit, since the restaurant was pretty empty as he had common logic skills. Food and waiter were amazing, but won’t be visiting here because the hostesses definitely need customer service training. This is the only restaurant seating has been issue and handled in such an unprofessional way.
