I ordered the Spaghetti with meat sauce and my wife ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The food was served very quickly and was delicious. The salad & bread sticks were also very good.Our Server Miranda S. was very professional and provided great service.We will definitely return to eat at this specific eating establishment. ? ?
I ordered take out tonight which included 4 kids meals I requested broccoli as the side it was so rotten, discolored gray and smelled extremely horrible I was in shock that it was actually placed in my childrens order they could have easily replaced it for a substitute if all the broccoli was that bad the nerve of including it thank God I checked before feeding it to my children they would have definitely gotten sick if they ate it. We went ahead and threw away all the food and ordered from somewhere else after paying $66 plus $10 tip I wish I would've known before paying for it.
Food and service was excellent. However the restrooms were horrible. They were bad when we entered and still the same way when we left. so no staff was in there for at least an hour
We eat here frequently. The service has always been great and the food is good too. It’s not healthy but it taste good. I haven’t had a cocktail I like. Pretty much they all suck and I don’t think it’s the bartender, I’m pretty sure it’s just the ingredients they use. We don’t personally know any of the staff by name but the waiters every time have been phenomenal.
Very nice staff and host. The food was good. The staff cleaned the tables very thoroughly in between each customer. The food portions were large and the bread was baked to perfection. Definitely try the watermelon Moscato... The bartender added fresh strawberries to the drink. The parking is located in the rear of the restaurant.
First time visiting this location tonight. A Saturday evening, a ~15 min wait time estimate and they honored it. I wish to praise our waitress for the service she gave us but sadly I didn’t jot the name down (maybe Micayla). From the initial greeting to taking our order and following up with refills, her courteous and friendly attitude enhanced our dining experience. As for the food it met our expectations, made fresh and timely.
Everything was great but had to wait a bit for the soup and salad and the waitress was pretty quick and responsive but wasn't as friendly. Great location overall always come here and don't have any issues.
Me and my husband enjoyed the waitress and this was very nice it was a good waitress kind he was just a sweetheart yes he was really enjoyed myself
Wonderful experience. Great service, delicious food, nice atmosphere, and always great delicious breadsticks, soups, and salads! I love this place and am glad there is one in many different areas of Houston.
My wife and I love Olive Garden and often come here to get the unlimited soup and salad for lunch. My favorite is the chicken and gnocchi. And their salad is delicious, but this visit was a little less enjoyable with the waiter (Mike) that we had this time. We usually like to show our appreciation to our waiter not only by a tip but thanking them every time they bring us something. But with the Waiter that we had today, every time he would bring us something we said "thank you" and he would just walk away and say nothing. He did that several times and often passed back and forth without asking if we needed anything. Apparently it wasn't just us that he was treating like that because the table across from us was also complaining about his attitude and lack of attention. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal. The food was good and the restaurant was clean and well kept.
