We went in for an early dinner expecting a good meal, based on the high rating, but we were sorely disappointed. We ordered their 'five cheese baked ziti', which is supposed to be their specialty, and it was barely even a dish. The sauce is piled on only in the middle with baked cheese on top of it. I'll admit that the cheese part doesn't taste bad but that's literally the only good thing about the dish. Even the marinara sauce seems to be on the tangy side and as you can see in the pictures, the pasta on the side that's away from the sauce, literally has no flavor. As it's an entree, it comes with a bowl of soup/salad and bread sticks. We got a bowl of their chicken & gnocchi soup, which was mediocre at best. For appetizer, we'd ordered their Lasagna Fritta which was strictly okay. We went in with much higher expectations given the positive reviews and high rating.Special mention for the hospitality though. The service is excellent. Our server, Earl, was particularly kind and considerate. Even though the entree comes with just one bowl of soup, he brought us two bowls because he saw that we were sharing it. He even split the portions of the ziti to make it easier for us to eat. Another server attentively asked us our food preferences. Even though we didn't like the food, the staff's kindness improved the quality of time we spent there. 5 stars for the service, but sadly, 2 stars for the food.

Last time I was here (October) I had such a wonderful experience. Although it was cold, because then only outdoor dining was allowed, they had some heaters going on but after two hours, you start feeling the cold.Services was amazing, so attentive, quick and friendly.Food was excellent!!! We had The calamari and the zucchini to start, both delicious! And then we shared a pizza and gnocchi, both were delicious as well!!!I hope to come and dine here again soon!!

This location on 59 & Greenway is very good. It is a nice place, comfortable and with a good crew. One of my favorite combinations is the soup and salad! Excellent combination, light and filling. I have sampled the other dishes and they are very good and tasty. I like this place ?

The food was good, warm and delicious. Our waiter didn’t bring us the bread right away. We had along wait for our orders to be taken and for our drinks to be brought. We probably won’t be back to this location.

This Olive Garden is pretty much like them all, and good if you like their food. This is especially true for their salad, soup, and bread sticks. But some of the best shrimp I've had is their shrimp appetizer. It's really the only reason I'm willing to eat there. Service is dependent on who works your table, and ranges from poor to superlative, like lots of restaurants these days. But business must be good, for even late at night there was a 20-minute wait for a table. YMMV

It seemed as if they had all new servers in my section. They did the best they could. I ordered a newer cocktail which came well after the food came. If wasn't good (watered down) so I had to send it back. The food was as expected....the usual....hence the 3 stars.

It took them a while to serve us and my margarita took along time too. The waiter was very nice he deserves a 5 star review. Food was good as well. Over all nice valentine's day dinner with the family.

It's almost shocking how right down the middle, average and unremarkable my Olive Garden trip was. Food was okay, pretty good. Service was all right, no real complaints. The ambience was the same bland, anodyne, faux-Italian purgatory it always is. Could not have been more mediocre.Picture Olive Garden in your head. Yup. It's exactly what you'd expect, no more, no less.

Kiara, Laysha, Sherlyn, and Natalie were the best people to welcome us into an Olive Garden. Me and my wonderful friend Leslie were just looking for a quick stop and they welcomed us so nicely. Afterwards we even felt so nicely drunk enough to stop and grab a margarita there as well after the last 3 we had somewhere else. Felt comfortable enough to enjoy my last margarita of the night there. Love them. They definitely deserve a raise $5 raise or i’m not coming back. Ever. I’ll be back soon. Hope they remember me ????

We got there around lunch time so it wasn't crowded. The service was good. I had the shrimp scampy and salad. It was good although I did have to add black pepper to them
