Lovely family and great service.. We always recommend to friends and family. The food is good and always looking forward to try new meals ever visit..
Everything was fabulous! Very authentic flavors (I have live in south east Asia). The Pho have a very flavorful broth. The Spivey Lemongrass Chicken probably was my favorite but everything was good. Meat was very moist and not over cooked. Prices range a lot but the quality is there and everything was worth what we paid. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the restaurant and it was packed at lunch so clearly people like it.
Wow! Just wow! This restaurant can cook up a storm of delicious flavors. We are now personally addicted to the coffee smoothie. I don't think I can articulate with words how divine this drink is!! We have been 3 day's in a row to curve our craving for this smoothie if that gives you any idea of how good it is. We are in constant search of Houston's best Pho. This place serves up one of the best. The broths are amazing and so fresh. The shaking beef is mouthwatering good! We intend to eat our way through their entire menu!! Friendly service that doesn't skip a beat under the pressure of a very busy restaurant. Infact they nailed it!
First time eating Brisket Pho, it is phenomenal. Excellent price 9.75, ambience is spectacular, service is great & yes the FOOD is excellent. $6.00 Coconut Shrimp!
Old Saigon Cafe is by far my favorite Pho place. I've only ever ordered takeout so this was my first dining experience and first time ordering something other than Pho. My go to Pho is Old Saigon pho and shrimp pho.I was able to sit6e anywhere I wanted. Service was fast, food was hot. Unfortunately, the Spanish speaking woman who took my order did not understand my order or maybe the menu. I ordered the Roasted Duck Vermacelli and wanted to add a vegetarian egg roll for $1.50 as stated on the menu. She brought out the spring roll appetizer. I politely told her I ordered the egg roll but she quickly said "no you didn'tc... she returned with the $7.50 vegetarian roll appetizer which is why I deducted a star. I shrugged it off. I didn't want to send it back a second time. The egg rolls were hot, crunchy and delicious, served with 2 sauces. The Roasted duck was tender, sweet flavored and delicious as well. All the the ingredients in the bowl were fresh. And of course, the free creme brulee was the cherry on top.The ambiance is very casual, chill and comfortable.Service- 4/5Food- 5/5Total- $23
Hands down fantastic! My wife is vegan and finding a pho place that does good vegan isn't always easy. The broth is second to none, and the veggie spring rolls are amazing. They use mangos and fried rice wrappers to add to the usual veggie spring roll to add a whole new level of flavor and crunch. The portions are huge and the staff is so nice. Give this local spot your business!
Started out with the peach tea. Off of that alone, I will return. Think peach rings in tea form - more of a sugar drink for adults. Then I had edamame, which was delightful. For my meal, I had the Old Saigon vermicelli bowl with pork and shrimp. It was all so delicious. When handing me the bill, they also included a spoonful of something sweet that I’d never had before. I can’t wait to come back.Don’t forget, there is also a romantic view of Vivid Gentlemen’s Club out of the window. ;)
The food was delicious. I had the spring rolls and chicken pho. The service was great, the pho was amazing and thick with tons of flavor . I would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic vietnamese cuisine.
First time trying out this restaurant and we loved it! The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was amazing. If you're going, I personally loved the shaking beef vermicelli. But my fam also loved there dishes, grilled shrimp vermicelli, and for vegetarians eggplant vermicelli!! We'll be back to try out more of there menu ????
nice decor, rare pho was good, free creme brule bite at end of meal was a wonderful surprise
