Enjoyed dinner as Chef Timothy prepared a custom menu item of piccata veal with a side of pasta. Finished dinner with pistachio gelato & an expresso.

We've been going to Nundini since they started table service. Was always our go to place for Italian food. We had only been once in 2021 and the food was still as I always remembered. Last visit was very disappointing. Too much thick sauce on pizza, calamari no longer small rings and changed to the huge variety that was cut into chunks (if you love fried calamari you'll understand the disappointment) and one member of our party asked for medium lamb chops but got well done. Really hoping this was a fluke night with kitchen staff turnover. I'll still give it another try because I remember how consistently good the food was.

Had the special of the day, lobster with a spicy tomato linguine 10/10. Service was quick and attentive and they have a great wine selection. for dessert we had some of the cookies from Bittersweet and wow! Best cookies in Houston no doubt. Overall a 10/10 dining experience we will definitely be returning. Also the free bread with the oil is always nice.

We had lunch here today and it was fantastic. The service was wonderful and the restaurant is a beautiful place. I will definitely tell my friends about it. We’ll be back!

We have been pleased every time we've visited. The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, sometimes there is a piano player. We like to visit the little store and get some Italian goodies. There is a meat counter and a gelato counter. The bar looks nice but I've never sat there. There is valet parking, but we just park for free a few steps away. We like the wine selection. We keep going back!

We used to live in the heights and it’s was one of our favorite restaurants. Last time we came was probably 2 to 3 years ago (prior to the COVID) and tonight we were a little bit disappointed. The appetizers were very good but the main course not as good as in the past. Risotto overcooked, spaghetti à la carbonara too salty, the steak was good….we were initially pleased to come back but we honestly left frustrated. The very positive point is the cellar and huge choice of wines.

So I haven't actually tried the food YET..But I will soon..im currently low key addicted to these cookies..Bittersweet that are sold inside the restaurant. I will be back with an update on the restaurant food soon..stay tuned.

Came here with 10 friends to celebrate a birthday. Even though the restaurant was busy and they were short staff, we had a great service provide by the manager Daniele. The food was beautifully plated and delicious. I had their Cappelletti Alla Rostinciana (cappelleti noodles stuffed with ground short rib meat in demi glace sauce), Shepherd salad and a glass of Chianti Classico. Definitely I’ll come back!

Worst service ever! No bartender on a Saturday night and the wait staff was rude and inattentive. The place was not even busy yet we waited for 20 minutes before they ever took our orders. Then, after 1 hour, they finally started bringing our dishes. After that long wait, the waiter informed one of our guests that they were out of veal. What? You didn’t know this an hour ago so she could order something else?! That was inexcusable! The two different steaks they offer were awful! One was so rubbery you could barely chew it and the other was mostly big chunks of fat and gristle. We ordered Angus steak not rubbery fat and gristle! Not one time during this fiasco of a night did a manager or anyone in charge stop by our table to check on us or apologize. We had to track down our waiter for the checks. He brought them but just set them down in a stack and walked off. Rude! Then, he returned with our paid checks and set them all down and walked away. Not a Thank you or anything was said either time. Rude again! It’s not our fault if you’re understaffed. It does not give you an excuse to be rude. We were nothing but polite guests even with the poor service.

First and last time. I went during lunch time there were no customers there but waited about 3-4 minutes to be seated. I was provided a menu which was dirty and sticky front and back and noticeable dry pasta sauce on it. I used my cell phone instead to look at the lunch menu. Not all food items on the website are available from what I learned and the menu at the restaurant don’t have lunch specials listed. I ordered a pesto pasta plate with chicken. The waiter brought the meal out, which looked great at first but no chicken. The plate was returned. When the plate was brought out again, chicken pieces where placed on top. But now my meal was soupy because they watered it down and it had a mild taste of pesto. Worst chicken pesto pasta that I have tasted.
