Great place to get shaved ice. We tried the coconut with mangos and strawberry sauce. We also tried the Godzilla Bubble Tea which was also yummy. Very tasty!
Nu Ice is the best shaved ice in Houston! It is Taiwanese shaved ice which is like fluffy ice cream. Super easily shareable. My partner and I love the green tea flavor with boba and strawberries! The drinks are pretty good too if you want something super sweet! The service is good and fast!
Delicious flavors. A very large (we got “hill” size). Anticipate spending about $5-$7. These desserts can easily be shared.
Fantastic place to cool down from this Houston heat. The King Kong tea is incredibly delicious, strongly recommend for those with a sweet tooth and craving tapioca. ? Still left for me to try their signature shaved Ice.

Definitely not your typical shaved ice. We really enjoyed this. It’s a much different way to eat boba since not using a straw, They have many different flavors but we got the green tea. Loved the sweet and condensed milk drizzled on top of the green tea shaved ice. 100% would go again to try all the other flavors.
Our first visit to Nu Ice & Drinks was fantastic. It's such a cute place with so many selections. We loved the Lychee Green Tea with Jellies. We can't wait to return to try other treats.
Good drinks and nice place to sit loved they have buy one get 1 50% off on same drink I wish it was on different drink.. enjoyed their drinks bit expensive but that's ok .. all the best to the owners ?
How could I have passed by this place so often for all these years and not even know it existed!?We clearly stumbled in by luck. Though what a treat!! It's a little overwhelming at first to see so many flavors and options. That said, I prefer options as opposed to limited menus. We had the Nutella shaved icecream with Boba poppers. It was amazing. Light, fluffy and delicious. This could become an addiction!! We shared the small size and it priced just under $8. It was more than enough for two of us. Infact, we can't imagine the size of the large serving given the small was a very generous portion.Fun place with a relaxed vibe and chill music. We look forward to trying more flavors in the near future!
This is rating the milk tea only. Will love to try the snow ice next time. Our milk tea was advertised $2.99 and total without tip was $4 and change. We had a yelp promo for free topping so it didn't make sense why we were charged a lot more. We asked for the receipt too. Milk tea was pretty average, nothing special I would want to go back for. I think you're better off ordering fruit teas or snow ice here instead.Edit: I appreciate the business response so will definitely give it a shot again!!
