Went in for an 8” cake and got it quick. Customer server was great. Went at around 4 pm
Usually purchase from them at Memorial location. Decided to try the Galleria location….What a huge mistake!!!!!These people have no idea what they are doing and are rude as H—-.Avoid this location at all costs….
First let me say, these are the best cakes on earth! I swear the recipes must include the tears of mermaids and cherubs! It is moist beyond belief, however the customer service has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.I wanted to surprise my valentine with a surprise and these guys led us to sour demise. I placed an online order and they were supposed to call at 12:45 to let her know the order was ready…guess what no call! So I had to pull the cat out of the bag and finally tell her to pick up. When she gets there, the order isn’t even ready!!After going through 10minutes of badgering and investigating whether or not her order was valid they finally find it annnnndddd guess what?! No apology at all!!! No accountability at all!! I’m assuming the stern-faces lady assisting was the manager, she didn’t make eye contact no smile no welcoming demeanor at all. Not to mention totally dismissive to my partner and child when they inquired about forks. I mean the cal is so delicious you do want to have it right away, valid question right?The cake here is to superb to have service nothing Bundt it.
Came today to get my birthday cake and ordered two more cake and the young lady that took our order with the blond hair has zero customer service. She was tapping her nails on the register and looking at her watch. She didn't thank me for coming to the store after paying for my items. Why the horrible customer service. We will visit other locations. We still love the cake but not the poor customer service on 01/10/2022 around 3pm.
I went to get my daughter's free bday bundt cake and I couldn't because I was told by Allen that I needed an ID. What 14 yr old has an ID? I had her email. I even had called her to get a copy of her BC but it was taking up my 30 min lunch break. I asked for a manager and he told me he was the "acting manager". How can only 1 person be working in an establishment without a manager. I will not go to this location anymore. And I use to go all the time. Never had I been ask for a id.
I guess check your cakes before leaving the store....this is disappointing. Why would they be ok with a cake like this leaving their store?
Staff wasn't friendly, seemed like what was goin on behind the counter was more important than a customer. Killed my vibe... i love the cakes but didn't even buy 1. All about the experience, it's more than just a cake
My husband ordered me a birthday bunt cake and asked for vanilla and we got lemon raspberry instead, so I was pretty bummed out about that. They should be more careful when picking cakes to make sure they got the right flavor. It was still good but not what I wanted ??♀️

Went with my friend on his birthday and the person at the front was no help at all. She was rude and inconsiderate brushing us off and rushing us out the place because we didn’t make an order previously. She wouldn’t even let us take time to order!
