The cake was decent but compared to other locations the icing was too thick on the cake. Also, the customer service is not great. I walked in and asked a question but our server Pricilla was not attentive and was busy on her phone to respond.
Ordered 2 boxes and the other box I had seemed like if they just threw in the cupcakes (frosting was out of place and this picture shows how I received 3 cupcakes WITHOUT frosting. This is the second time they do this when I place a order I just hate leaving a bad review but this time I’m very disappointed and I’ll never come to this location again.
The quality of the cakes is awesome but I was disappointed to find out they don't provide a complimentary fork to enjoy my dessert before going home. I was told I have to buy a plate/fork package with a large cake.
Always love buying cakes here for special occasions. I also understand people can have bad days, but it is unacceptable how my mother was treated in this store. It was so bad it went beyond bad customer treatment, it felt as if the worker was singling out my mother. Not entirely sure what went wrong with this worker's day but, not happy with the customer service. On top of that, once I we arrived home with the cake, it was poorly packaged.
Just picked up a cake and it was absolutely the most sloppiest cake I ever picked up from this company. This location is so rude and the lady who I spoke to was so rude and was literally raising her voice at me the whole time.. her name is Blanca!!!! You are so freaking rude and literally need to look for another job that doesn't include customer service!!!! I'm absolutely was not okay with this purchased and I wanted a refund but this lady had the nerve to say I can get store credit! Who in the hell wants store credit from this location!!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone!!! Ghetto lady who is there will talk to anyone crazy!!!! If I could I would rate this location 0 stars!!!
Absolutely a disappointment!!!! A dollar order and no refund I wanted delivery and after I made the order it was mentioned that it wasn’t a same day delivery and I needed this for a company event for Midway company! One of Houston’s well known company’s … and then when asked for a refund it was told that I wouldn’t get a refund only store credit. Major disappointment with horrible communication and it’s not displayed properly on website only said that depending on location it can very not specifically explaining and I can only get Is a sorry so please be mindful before ordering with this company. U want get your money back and they don’t do same day delivery even tho it’s mentioned on website
The cake are very flavorful. I really like the moist cakes here the frosting really suits well. Delicious cakes indeed.
Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday today at 10:10am and realized that it was the wrong location at 10:27. I called to cancel at 10:28 and Blanca said no refund just a store credit. I know they didn't start making the cake yet. Very rude they hung the phone up nobody knows who's the manager or that's what I was told. My first and last time using them.. HORRIBLE AND RUDE..... Waiting on someone to call me back they will loose more than $28.00 with that type of staff....smh Your staff doesn't mind running your business away just so you know.
Rude manager and staff. There was an error with my online order and they refused to give me a refund. I love this place but I will no longer use them if this is how they treat their customers.
