Amanda ..She was very helpful and friendly. Employees like her always an assets to any organization. Nice clean place with their speciality items and cakes with other choices too. Ample parking area and easy accessible.
Really nice ladies working at this location. They helped me set up for a small birthday celebration. I do think they should (the company, I mean) find a better way to pack multiple cakes to go. The little ones don't stack well. Mine feel over and messed up the icing on a couple of my cakes. Other than that. I had s great experience.
Ordered online for my wife's birthday. I ordered 3 tower bundtinis and 10 balloons. When I arrived, I realized I did not have room for the 10 balloons in my car so I told the lady I did not need the balloons. She said ok and told me the balloons would be refunded back to my credit card. I said ok and left. When I got home I received an email telling me that the refund would be a store credit not a credit card refund. I called and told them that I needed it refunded to the card like the lady told me and Nya the store manager said I would be charged $10.00 for cancelling an order if I wanted it moved back to the card. I did not cancel the order I simply just couldn't fit the balloons in my car. I am shocked at this policy and will never use this place again. I have called the executive management in Dallas and will dispute the charge on my credit card.Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB and the owner responded that I should have known the balloons would not fit in my car and that there was a nationwide helium shortage ... LOL ... Bindya Patel in The Woodlands, the owner, hasn't a clue on how to treat the very customers that feed her family.
They did a great job w my 2 Buntinie dozen. Came out so well with an original and a spring flavors...and everyone enjoyed them!!!
The cakes are great and the people friendly. The City of Houston has made shopping at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Dairy Ashford painful. It took me 20 minutes to get from the northeast corner shops to the southeast corner shops.
I am a Resident at Hue on Greenhouse, my best friend got me a mini Bundt cake from here for Valentine’s Day and it was AMAZING! The flavor was Red Velvet and let me tell you I was soo blown away that I will be ordering very soon for my baby shower!

OMG words are not enough I am speechless how am I supposed to stay on my New Year’s resolution of Eliminating sweets when nothing Bundt cakes on memorial exist so good so pretty the young ladies tonight was so nice so sweet so professional the shop is so quaint I will certainly return thank you guys beautiful beautiful job
We love buying cakes here. They have a wide variety of flavors; all of them are wonderful, but our favorite is the chocolate chocolate chip. Their homemade cream cheese icing is absolutely delicious. I love that you can buy a larger bundt cake to serve a group or little minis to give yourself a treat. They package everything beautifully as well. If you call ahead, they'll have your cake of choice waiting for you to pick up. Great place for when you don't have time to bake at home.
I love the different varieties and the different sizes plus they're delicious and always fresh and moist never dry
