Wonderful customer service! I had no idea the shop closed early and I had made a preorder. So by the time I got there, the shop had just closed and they still opened for me to get my preorder!! They totally didn’t have to considering I was late to my pick up time. It was my first visit at a Texas location and I’m so pleased with their service, I will 100% be back!!
Ordered a gluten free light icing chocolate chip cake for wife who limits gluten. I liked this more than any of the flavors I have had over the years. The staff had the cake ready on time and was very nice when I walked in.
I’m taking back and surprise by this experience. I ordered the chocolate chip cake and received just a plain chocolate cake. Every piece cut and asked everyone confirm no chocolate chips. This is false advertisement and highly disappointing since the special event for the person had the chocolate chip cake in the past. You will soon start losing business for cutting corners. It’s like your stealing, you took my money and didn’t give me what I paid for.
I can’t believe the girl locked the door as I was walking up then they all stood behind the door hiding waiting for me to leave all I wanted was one cake that all ready made I mind you I have been coming here almost every day since I moved I hope there’s another nothing bunt cake in the area I WILL NOT RETURN I would have been respectful to say we’re close instead of locking the door in my face also to add this would have been my 2nd time buying a cake from them today Also the cake is great but horrible service
These cakes are amazing with multiple different flavors and this says a lot coming from me cause I don’t eat a lot of cake
Red velvet cake is the best here i always enjoy them, thank you to the lady who works there I forgot to get her name but she really helped me choose the best flavor and she made my husband’s birthday the best, we heard so many good comments from all our guests10/10 recommend
The cakes are good, but the customer service is not. My wife came in to place an order for my daughter’s birthday cake. The girl who attended her told her there were no cakes available in the flavor she wanted and that there would be a wait. My wife said that’s fine. Then the girl says it’ll be a 2 hour wait with a tone so as to deter her from placing the order. My wife paid for the cake anyways. Then my daughter came in to pick up the cake, mind you she was about 50 minutes late to pick it up after running other errands, but the cake was already paid for and we didn’t think being late would serve as too much of an inconvenience. After receiving the cake an employee asked another employee a question (we’re thinking the same girl who attended my wife 3 hours prior) to which the girl responded with ‘people don’t want to pick up their cake on time’ in front of a paying customer who was admittedly late (my daughter). I think it’s very unprofessional and petty to complain about paying customers in front of them. I didn’t get her name, but the receipt says the server was Taylor D. I’m not sure if that was the same girl who had an attitude with my wife and complained in front of my daughter, but this needs to be corrected. The girl who attended my wife and seems to have been the one to attend my daughter was a chubby girl with dark hair.
Service is horrible. They give no info about what it is. Cake was alright, have had better at HEB
Calling to make a special order on the first customer service person gave me the wrong answer then I got the manager on the line and all she could do was sigh very loudly like I was taking up her time.
The service is not at all friendly at this location and I have been to a few locations to tell the difference. I order six bundt cup cakes October30th and received a brown paper bag that almost ripped once the lady stuffed my cupcakes in it...I asked could I get a box and she stated she was not allowed to give me one...Really?? Like is there a box shortage because I just spent 30bucks on cupcakes and I can't get a box..I will not be returning to this location because as I stated before they are not friendly and they have no customer service skills.
