First time there. A wonderful selection of unique Boba, assortment of teas, drinks, smoothies and more. Waffle food selections, fish balls and more. Went in for afterwork treats, will return and try food items on next trip. Cute decor and efficient staff. Great addition to the neighborhood.
My son wanted frozen yogurt (or ice cream) & I wanted tapioca.. eventually I found this place on Google maps to scratch both itches. The 3 of us shared:1) waffle (Sundae's Best) + tea (brown sugar milk tea) combo added tapioca2) strawberry & banana smoothie added tapiocaNice treat, pretty good!
Best boba spot on this side of town, hands down. My family and I go every weekend.
Just stopped in to try it out! They had a huge selection! I got a winter melon cream tea with coconut jelly and regular tapioca. Yum! Love the atmosphere, beautiful plants and decor ☺️?
Good service and clean place, but most drinks are artificial flavors! Got me a "mango" smoothie. Didn't work out. Restrooms are out of order? Kinda wondering for how long. Doubt I'll be going back.
Tapioca Master is okay but I thought it was kind of pricey.
My new favorite bubble tea shop! I love the menu.
If you already like boba and you don't live near here, do not ever come to tapioca master. It is straight up THE BEST tapioca in the state, such that I can't get boba anywhere else and come away satisfied. It's the one thing I miss about Cypress that I can not replace
I really try my best to avoid posting a bad review, especially for small businesses. I’ve met the owners before and they are earnest hard working people. And I’m conflicted about leaving this type of review, but the amount of disrespect my family received at this place is almost unforgivable. Before I go further I want people to understand that one or two bad workers is not indicative of the type of business that is run by the owners. However, it is because of those one or two workers, I feel the need to speak out and be heard. We ordered the red bean and coconut smoothie because we read good reviews. However, all we could taste was the red bean. We barely took 3 sips and we were disgusted. It was as if someone just mashed up red beans, added crushed ice, (neglected to add any coconut or sweetener) and served it to us. A simple mess up, no worries as it can be easily fixed. We asked if we could add more sweetener, and they said there was nothing they could do. And that alone was upsetting. Any other good boba place would have replaced it, which has been the experience in the past when an order was messed up. Those simple mess ups are forgivable. We all make mistakes. However when we asked if we could have a new one made, they told us we had to buy another drink. This is super upsetting considering we actually tipped- which is something most people do not do at a boba tea shop. It was very disrespectful and a total disregard for customer service. We were so offended and hurt. And even though the cashier could see on our faces how upset we were with his response, he turned away from us and went on with his business. And this is completely different from the kind of service I usually receive at this place. There was no apology, no earnest attempt to remedy the situation, no acknowledgement of how upset we looked.I really liked this place, and it disheartens me that I feel like I can never return.
This is my favorite boba place! The staff is always friendly & welcoming! My favorite is their taro peppermint smoothie!
