I came in to avoid the long Starbucks line. Wrong move. I would have gotten my stuff quicker there. I had a $3 juice or smoothie redemption (your employees should be aware of the rewards if you’re going to have a rewards app) and no one knew how to properly redeem this. After charging my account incorrectly then then charged me again. Once you redeem a coupon you can’t get it back because they have a time limit expiration. Then this took 10 minutes for people to try to get help, then another 15 for my smoothie. It’s really ridiculous that it took this long. I’ll never come back here. The other Nekter is slow as well. For the price, people don’t want to wait.
I'm editing my review. So far the 2 different times I have ordered the bowls, they are not full and the agave drizzle is left out of the bowl. I have called multiple times to the store just to be forwarded to voicemail. No happy with the service and you do not get your monies worth.
This location went downhill. Ordered from Ubereats and they gave me bad fruit. Old banana that you can clearly see is bad. I guess they didn’t care bc it was being sent through a delivery service
Very clean and has a variety of options to choose from. Mary attended me and was very friendly and helpful. Smoothies are delicious! Love getting my açaí bowls from here!
Mary was super kind and welcoming as i came in, since it was my first time she helped me order and and find my perfect bowl, ended up getting the Immunity bowl and it was amazing ingredients were fresh and very flavorfulalso got the lemon cake bikes and those are the perfect snack, definitely my new favorite açaí bowl spot

Love it here, Have never been but someone told me about this place so I had to go and try it. I did not know what to get so Marybeth Rodriguez helped me chose something in my desire and it worked out. She is the best.
Just tried this juice bar! In fact I used to work at a juice and smoothie shop. Overall the place was clean and had friendly staff. The bowl portion size seemed fine. Could’ve been just slightly bigger. Would recommend as a first time juice and smoothie bar experience!
Food is good and employees are nice. I ordered a bowl that usually comes with bananas and strawberries on top, but have an allergy to bananas. I asked if they could just do all strawberries instead of mix, and they charged an extra $1.00! Was told the manager was strict about this. What a joke!!
