Just went to Natalie’s Candy Jar. Cold store great candies. Asst. Mgr. Hynitha Clay was talking to visiting friend and did not acknowledge us. Purchased 2 Lolly's, $13 for my 8 & 9 year old boys. Ms. Clay was not kind or customer service oriented at all. Sad to have such an unkind person working in a candy store!
We just went to the location at the Houston international Airport and their early morning female employee was extremely rude to us and our children. I truly just wanted to leave and not buy anything but my kids were loving the store. So sad to have such a cool candy store with rude, disrespectful and unhappy employees. Hopefully the owners or manager fixes this issue eventually.

Candies are so refreshing. Store Manager Ms H. Clay exhibits a high professionalism in customer service. She made sure all my needs were met with her persuasive trend to try out other candies that turn out to be soooooo delicious. She showed her value by her kindness and sensitivity to what I was looking for. That made my day!

The manager on duty, was rude and disrespectful over a package of candy that fell and got caught between the floor and my bag without me knowing.
