The 1st time I visited Mytiburger I called in my order and the man was not so pleasant. He wasn’t rude but very matter of factly. I felt like I was bothering him. Once I made it to pick up my food I walked in and no one acknowledged me even though there were two individuals right in front of me cooking. I did notice a now hiring sign so I just assumed they were short staffed. After about 5 min another individual came up and asked me if I needed help. My food had been sitting there the whole time. The burger was just ok. Fast forward to today. I placed my order online. I stay about 15 min away. Once I got there I went thru the drive thru. A lady immediately answered the speaker and told me to pull around. I waited about 7 min at the window without anybody ever coming to it. She did finally come and say sorry for the wait. Once I made it home I realized my burger was wrong. It was missing the cheese. Idk I know this place is a staple in the community but my two experiences have not been so great. I think next time I’ll just stop being lazy and drive the extra miles to go to Olandos. Maybe the pandemic has made them short staffed and overwhelmed. I’m not saying don’t go there just pack your patience when you go.Just checked my order and I noticed I did not order cheese so that was my fault
Came here for lunch after visiting a nearby park. Got the Double Meat Burger Combo. Burger was hearty and juicy and fries were good too. Good old-school style burger and fries, and I liked it. Fast and friendly service.
We have a favorite burger joint closer where we live. Unfortunately, they aren't open on Sundays when it seems we crave a good homemade burger. All I can say is we found our other option for that homemade burger. The service was great and fast! We will certainly be coming back. These very satisfied customers left happy and full.
Went through the drive-thru without a shirt on and some blond kid told me to never come there again with my shirt off and there were ladies who work there. Don’t worry I won’t be back. Frozen fries and a 3 out of 10 burger.
I have been cook for over 20 yrs. was offered a job at 8.50 a hr. I understand not a big company but u pay less than high schoolers working fast food. u gotta pay employees to get quality food. u pay low expect low quality food. I'm sorry but rather spend money where employees are valued and payed better than 8.50.
Authentic down home burgers and fries! The steak sandwich is amazing and so are the fried pickles. Small dining room so get it to go. There are a couple of outdoor tables as well. Y'all, they have ice cream too! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
My family and I have been going to MytiBurger for as long as i have lived in Texas, which is 7 years. The service and food were good. Tonight I didn't even feel like it was the same restaurant. The burgers are almost half the size they used to be, the chicken strip meal for my son was missing the fries and drink and came with only 1 chicken strip and 2 small clumps of fried batter. When I called the manager she sounded non apologetic and said she would fix him another meal. I never heard any sort of apology for the inconvenience. They have lost our business from here on out.

Customer service is great, the food is worth the price. T=You can tell the owners are proud of ther food. You always get treated to a fresh choclate chip cookie when you leave. Do not bring a large party to eat inside the restuaraunt since seating is very limited. Your best bet is to order take out and eat your food at a park since seating is limited. It gets extrmnly busy all day be prepared to wait for your food. It is worth the wait and the price though. Great food, grat people. I love Myti Burgers.
IT WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING HERE!! I LOVE good burgers that taste homemade. I only live a few minutes from here and always wondered what they tasted like. The bun was so buttery and crisp around the edges. I mean I like my burgers simple and I was trying to read the menu and drive (shhhh) but they have a really unique menu and OH MY GOD their prices are so good yall!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY THIS MYTIBURGER CAUSE IT WAS MYTI GOOD!!!
