If you’re looking for a birthday present, anniversary present, wedding presents or just because presents you cannot go wrong with mostly chocolate. I was gifted a 16 piece assorted chocolate box for my birthday recently and was blown away with the quality of these bonbons. These are the most beautiful chocolates I have ever been given. I loved them so much I even went and visited the location to see the chocolates for myself.They have chocolate making classes on the weekends and I would love to do one soon. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I met the owners and they are just phenomenal. I had a wonderful experience not only receiving a gift from this special chocolate company but now definitely becoming a normal customer. Highly highly recommend the salted caramel and the pop rocks is always a fun experience in my mouth.
A small group of us (4) did the chocolate class here, and it was such a wonderful experience. The owner/instructor was so knowledgeable, passionate, and super fun. It was a great event, and we got to take home a lot of delicious --- and beautiful --- chocolates. There are classics such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and salted caramel, but we were really pleasantly surprised by the goat cheese and honey lavender. These chocolates would make a gorgeous birthday gift for friends and family.

This is clearly one of the best chocolates in the city. If you are in search of a taste experience that cannot be missed, you must try Mostly Chocolate. The flavors meld and melt so smoothly, silky and excites the taste buds. MC has so many interesting and unique flavors (think Olive Oil and Rosemary mmmmmmm). If you want to thank someone with chocolate, gift them something extraordinary this will say more than words can express.
Made my wife's birthday extra special! While the chocolates are delicious, I was blown away at how they looked...almost too pretty to eat. Almost! Definitely worth checking out. Oh, and if that weren't enough, everyone there was so nice, friendly and helpful. Wish I could give more than five stars!
The truffles truly are pieces of art, and they taste amazing. What a great gift and a showstopper to an event. Very impressed!

Delicious, but I am amazed they don't sell individual milk bottles. Really seems like a wasted opportunity. Because their decadent brownies deserve a milk pairing.
