It was for Houston Restaurant Week and my sister-in-law was in town. She hadnât been to Mortonâs in a while and truly enjoyed her meal.
We chose the restaurant week menu. I had the filet and it melted in your mouth, so good. My daughter had the chicken and it was delicious. Lots of options from menu. We will go back again.
Casey was a great server. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was excellent!
Great service. Overall food was great! The Porterhouse tasty but didn't look like it was 24oz. Potato Au gratin, Caesar salad and creme brulee very good as well. Unfortunately, the French onion soup was salty and I found the menu choices a bit limited.
Patrick at the bar was excellent. Professional, friendly and engaging.
Great and courteous service!
We created our personal steak crawl and we celebrated a graduation! Up next: Mortonâs: The Steakhouse (downtown) They certainly did not disappoint. The steaks were cooked to perfection. However, I must say the Wagyuâs meatballs left a great deal to be desired. If it wasnât for the gravy, the meatballs would have tasted dry. Nonetheless, to counter, dessert was creamy and delicious. Finally, as expected, the waitstaff and their service were flawless with superior standards. Tripp was exceptionally attentive. Our table was decorated with festive âCongratulationsâ confetti. They work hard for their tips. They made us feel special. Definitely, a 4.8 star review from us.
Amazing food. Lobster Mac and cheese was to die for. Will return
I was disappointed with my bone in ribeye. Not much flavor and kinda tuff and only 1/2" thick. When you pay $60 for a steak, one should expect perfection. KC, our waiter, was great, and no, I didn't say a word to the staff about my steak. I didn't wish to make a scene. The rest of the meal, and the rest of our guest all had a great dinner.
A great spot for a business lunches. Nice lunch menu selections at reasonable prices. Service is prompt and attentive.
