Pleasant configurative of the dish itself - pizzas, fresh products
Hands down the best crew that every worked here. They know what MOD pizza is about. They have the techniques down to a T and it come out perfect every time. This is my go to joint for a quick meal. 10/10 I recommend everytime.
Mod pizza galleria was great. Pizza was delicious. Friendly staff But the salad has a bit to be desired; lettuce is wilting. We love this place but they need fresher salad ingredients.
I ordered online and when I arrived at 5:05pm the asian lady at the counter politely asked me what I would like to order. After telling her, she went to look for my order and finally Looked in the oven. The older male employee and the Asian lady found my pizza in the oven after talking over it for at least 3 minutes. I asked if they were talking over my food. She said with a sudden nasty attitude “I mean we don’t wear masks in her…I don’t know what you want me to say”. I said “please give me a refund and in the future you don’t have to answer customers with an attitude”. She replied “well I said yes but you didn’t like my answer”. I replied “you did not say yes. You just gave me attitude but I understand why you work here”. I guess some people work certain places for a reason. Nice restaurant. Just avoid the Asian lady with the bad attitude. I think she really hates her job and takes it out on anyone that questions her behind the counter.
Dwayne helped me with some fantastic sauces! There are some very hardworking employees here! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a delicious pizza. “Note to the owner, you’d better be paying these young men or someone else will.”Thanks again!
First experience, pizza was good flavor and staff was friendly. Typically, Blaze Pizza is my go-to for brick oven style pizza but Mod is closer. The crust is thicker so it’s more filling. I would eat here again.
I’m currently sitting in Mod pizza on my lunch break. I’ve never been to this location. I gotta tell ya!!!! I’ve never had this experience from the other locations. I had to let them know how much I appreciated them. The place was clean, the energy was great. When I go to other Mod pizza’s I don’t get the same treatment. They rush me in the line.(Sugarland) My pizza be half done and piled up and not laid flat. Thank y’all again!!!! Y’all are the best!!!
This location is awesome! Customer service is always on point and I love that most/all employees recognized my son and I. There was one employee (so sorry that I can't remember your name) but you called my son, "little man". Thank you for always being so kind to us, but more specifically to my son. Great food and great service.
