I've been coming here since they opened, and after many visits I say... Great pizza. Decent price (except for beer). Very good joint for a chain cafe. Only knock is the NOT always, but common occurrence of gnats flying around.
San Felipe Location Houston, Tx It was about 8:30pm. I came into the store ready to have the same good experience. I started to chose my sauce and toppings and the employee started to drop "F" bombs in spanish. He got upset because i told him what sauce i wanted. Then i asked him if he was having a bad day. He responded aggressively with: Are you having a bad day sir!. I told him I speak spanish and he then realized that i understood what he was saying to me. I told the manager and he thought it was funny. I told him i didn't appreciate getting cussed out because he's having a bad day at work. He should of not come to work. I ask the manager on duty what the GMs name is and he laughed and said it was Mark. He then told me that if i write a review that he doesn't care and there is nothing he could do about it. I told him he would understand where i was coming from if he knew what customer service was and if he owned MOD Pizza! I was very upset because who wants to get cussed out while you are paying $14.00 for a mini pizza during a pandemic. What BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! THE SKINNY KID WITH A BAD Attitude AND THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!
This place is the "have it your way" of pizza. Great company concept to create your own personal mini pizza. You can use your imagination so that no two slices are the same. My kids love this place especially since it tends to be a bit complicated with all of them agreeing on the same toppings, except pepperoni and Italian sausage. Some like pineapples, some like jalapeños, mushrooms and bellpeppers.
Once you walked in, you immediately smell a delicious, fresh, and warm pizza. Servers are excellent in service to assist you in placing orders to make sure your pizza is tasty by your taste buds. ?No wonder customers inside the restaurant are dining happily. ?
First time in a while to a MOD Pizza because usually I do carryout places for pizza. Noticed this MOD when I came to Whole Foods and decided to get something. Got the Lucy Happiness Pizza (artichokes, red sauce, garlic) to go and it was very tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Want to come again to dine in.
My food was awesome and the employees were very friendly!! The pizzas came out quick!
this was the best pizza I have ever had!!! so fun to choose my own combos and create my own favorite food!! excellent service, too! so kind and friendly and the staff looks like they enjoy working there.
Whew this was so good. Goodness almost asked for an application just so I can eat free after closing ? oh yea I had the Cauliflower crust because I'm slowly going 90% vegan ha. Also my gf got pineapple on hers ?. JK ITS GOOD AND PINEAPPLE DONT GO ON PIZZA LOL
we love mod pizza. Main reasons are it is so quick that we have no words and even though they are quick thry make the pizza crust crispy which is awesome and you can modify the toppings on pizza which i love most. Satisfy always your hunger.
