The crew is amazing here they took care of me from start to finish! And the salads are amazing I just told him to make it the way he likes it and now it’s my fav!!!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me today you guys are amazing! Manager if you’re reading this they need a raise ??
My friend swore not to come back to this location and I didnt believe it until I did. Worst customer service ever! Curbside pick up is hidden. This is not the first time they make my pizza in OVAL shape and BURNT! Toppings are messy and fell off. They put my pizza on the counter without eye contact nor saying thank you. I walked out of the store feeling I had just begged them the food for free! Hello, I PAID AND TIPPED
For Valentine's Day we thought we'd enjoy some Mod pizza instead of going out and fighting the crowds. Normally when we order from Mod we are pleased with our food but yesterday was the worst experience we've ever had. The customer service is always great but our food was burnt to a crisp, so much so that the pizza crust literally crumbled. It was covered with black burns all over the bottom and the toppings were half of what we usually get. Overall we are so disappointed and it will be a long time before we try Mod again.
Pizza here is delicious guys are really cool and you never wait for more than 10 minutes until they give your pizza!

Always a Go-to pizza place but the only thing I didn't like is they are not generous with the toppings though they promote unlimited toppings and you select just a few. You need to always request them extra.
Just got my pizzas delivered with Uber. Pizzas are delicious. Got cauliflower crust, veggies, dairy free cheese, and plant based sausage. This is on point. Called and communicated with Habib this time to make sure pizzas weren't burned. (I've had a bad experience before, but leadership did all she could to make it right ??.) My vegan pizzas tonight.. totally knocked it out the park??. Excellent! Thanks for looking out Habib. Thanks to the MOD Pizza crew. Keep making vegan pizzas like these??.
The guy prepared my pizza with love. It makes a difference when you have a good listener. It cuts back on slowing the line. The manager who rung me up on the lunch shift seemed very good and easy to work with. That makes a big difference too. My daughter and I discussed at the table how pleased we were with that experience.
Hold the gnats please! I went here and complained about the gnats and was told they had an infestation. The staff showed no concern for protecting my family’s food from the gnats. I ultimately lost any appetite I had and left. This location began well but now is filthy, the preparation floor is dirty with food and the staff clearly don’t use hot water and sanitizer because they have gnats. MOD DO BETTER!
