This place is really nice, the ambiance is really enjoyable. The play good music, and some days even have live music. The place is super spacious so it's good for small and large parties (10+). They have booth, low and high chairs seating. The have really good appetizers and pizza I would recommend the cheese board, ceviche, and the queso. For drinks they have tons of draught beer, and cocktails.... My fav is the mango frozen cocktail. Stuart was our waiter, he was amazing he even remembered us from the day before. Happy hour is Monday, Tuesday and Friday 4-6pm.
The store ajouning the MKT bar. Was well designed, with options paralleling there ajouning market. The fish was fresh, but the serving was small. Tasty and the aoli was nice. The fries were also tasty. The slaw was unique, my veggie loving wife would have enjoyed more than I, but I liked it! There was a small stage though didn't witness a show. I suspect a written word, or occasional acoustic artist would entertain. Now to the true gem....The Phoenicia market was amazing, patrons of whole foods would quiver. Downtown market elegance. Filled with worldly products, as if you meandered into a silk road, incense filled market of meats, cheeses, and curiosities filled with chocolate. Cozy like an epicurian embrace.
The food is very good and the selection of beverages has something for nearly everyone. I'm a hard cider fan and do wish that they had a bigger selection. Several excellent local craft beers are on tap. Drink prices are about average for nice bars and for the thrifty there are beer and wine "happy hour" prices all day. Brunch is available on weekends.The attached grocery store is a treasure chest of unusual and just plain delicious treats. House made deli items are exceptional. Pastries are very, very delicious. Do go early and browse the grocery store, upstairs and down. The produce is pricey and can be less than expected quality. Broad cheese selection for such a small venue. Does not compare the the store way, way out Westheimer which is bigger but still nice.
Perfect evenning, after a long day of competing with our robotics teams, we got into a heaven of meat and cheese, while servicing 23 noisy children, the staff made us feel we are alone at the restaurant.Loved the salads, the meat, the cheese, the pizzas and mkst of all, the bite cheeseburgers.Recommended

Everything here is amazingly fresh like the jalapeños on the pizza and the havarti cheese is a nice touch. Crust has a great flavor and not quite thin crust, but not too thick either.
The chicken was extra juicy on the inside crispy on the outside the waffles were also just right soft inside with a nice crisp awaiting the delicious maple syrup. I gave it a five star because the service was great and the choices were many found myself looking at other peoples plates as they went by. Well worth it.
Took a long time to get our order. The food was cold when it arrived and was not correct. Food was okay.
Went to this place because it was the only place open around the hotel we were having an event at. It took forever to get waited on. The waiter didn't write down our orders. 2 of the 4 meals were messed up. Waited and waited for them to remake the food. I finally had to leave because I had to be at an event. So guess who had to pay for food I didn't get to eat. it was NOT busy. Inexcusable!!!! 0 out of 10 rating.
Ok, so I'm torn about this review because my husband and I have been here several times (pre-Covid) and have enjoyed almost every meal and drink, along with the music. I decided to post this because management must do better in regulating the meals that are served. I ordered the chicken and waffles. I've had it before and enjoyed it. I decided to order it again today, despite seeing another person with it and noticing that the chicken appeared a bit dry. Nevertheless, based on passed experience, I ordered. The chicken appeared to have been cooked yesterday, sat out, put away, microwaved today and served to me! It was ridiculously dry! I reported it to the waiter. He brought me another piece. STILL dry, though a fraction less than the first. Even the waffles were on the dry side. Knowing what I've been served in the past, I was extremely disappointed. I know they can do better. The cost of the meal was removed from our bill so I appreciate that. I would still recommend this place, but I'm taking this dish off my order list.
Great place to have dinner and have a few drinks. Loved the atmosphere and the service. Steak night was on point! Steak was delicious and tender. The Boubon Pecan Gelato was delightful. I will definitely be back.
