I heard about this coffee place and it has exceeded my expectations. I loved the customer service I was given. I was greeted with smiles and the desire to serve me the best hot chocolate ? MADE WITH ITALIAN CHOCOLATE? . I would like to mention the manager Jesse and his employee Javier.
Probably the best “work on a laptop” place in energy corridor! The coffee is delicious, the service is good, and the environment is very cozy. There’s also outdoor seating and plenty of parking.
I’ve always enjoyed the coffee here. But, when I drove through on 06/21, I ordered two lattes to go and the card reload(since I’ve only got 4 dollars left on the card and they do one free with the reload. Done this couple of times always no issue). Guess what? I got charged and didn’t have the reload the 1st time, and got reloaded and charged again the 2nd time. I thought they would cancel the 1st transaction but no, my credit card later told me I paid 4 cups of money for 2. Welp.
This place is to cute ? the feel is so relaxing that you can get a lot of work done also They take your plates for you They have indoor and outdoor sitting Bathroom are clean And when talking to the employees they were polite professional and knew exactly how to answer for a drink that you never heard about I'm happy I live in a neighborhood that provides this much good serviceThis will be my go to place
This is a nice place! Coffee tastes great!Three things to improve1. No need to sweep the floors when people are enjoying their coffee after work, sun makes all the flying dust visible and some people stand up and stay outside for it to settle down. Some do not like breathing the dusty air.2. Diversify your playlist to other countries too not only the Italian opera please3. The sanitizer at the entrance is empty for few days now
Allow me to preface this review by saying that I used to work as a barista. I've been getting coffee from this location for two years. I've ordered multiple drinks a week. In that time, the price has gone up and the quality of the drinks has gone down.I almost always order the same drink, and I never receive it tasting the same way. Different people behind the bar seem to use whatever proportions they want for ingredients, resulting in wildly varying taste and texture.Today was the final straw-- I had to wait over ten minutes in the drive-through for my single ice blended drink. What I recieved was watery, full of air pockets, and poor-tasting. I didn't even finish half of it. It's expensive too, at almost $7.Management needs to do a better job training their baristas and making it clear to them the standards for quality that they must meet. I wouldn't have minded the wait if the drink was made correctly or with any semblance of care.
This place is great. If Starbucks is your normal go to, it’s worth your time to try. They have a full serve espresso bar and a great drink menu
I enjoy coming here for quality coffee and great service! Also, this is a good spot to work - the WiFi is easy to access and had great speed.
Love the atmosphere like being in Italy. Good coffee too. Sandwiches and pastries are delicious.

Try pistachio cake. There is plenty of seating inside and outside.Safe parking.Employees are friendly; sometimes they say hello in Italian. The manager is friendly; he remembers my coffee ☕️ size and style.Owner, very professional, no matter he is the owner, you can see him cleaning tables, throwing trash, or brooming.I bring all my friends here and they come back with their wives or family.Minuti at Eldridge is a friendly location.I bet Starbucks is jealous!
