Ratchet place employees can gang up on you and hit you and security and management does nothing about it.
WARNING!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! This place is disgusting! Upon entering you are greeted with the smell of vomit and urine as the bathrooms are in front of the entrance. There was no dress code, so it looked like a high school warehouse party. The dance floor was packed with people that cannot dance and were not considerate of others. I was elbowed, pushed, splashed with drinks and sweat. Crowded dance floors are always expected, but this was like bunch of neanderthals flailing around at the invention of fire and howling at the moon. Metropolis dj was ok, but the extravaganza dj must have been deaf with parkinson's disease cause his mix was trash. Now let's talk about the actual building. It should be condemned! The carpets on one side were saturated with who knows what kind of bodily fluids and spilled drinks. The other side it appears they gave up on cleaning, ripped up the flooring and now it's just damaged broken painted, cement foundation, which is still wet with drinks and littered with bottles and cups. I can have a great time no matter where I go, but I will never go here again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Fun night, great music, nice people and amazing service ! Ask for Melissa ! She’s very nice, pretty and knows how to do her job and makes sure you have a good time. Definitely made my experience better. Will come again.
Got served by Melissa, she was very patient with us after moving us to 3 different sections when me and my friends couldn’t decide. Ended up giving us a nice section and was very attentive even though it was extremely packed ! Made my birthday weekend.
Poor service , look out for a girl named Melissa she rude as hell , has no type of customer service , and charges you for service tips but expects for you to get your own stuff , worst service ever , lil girl needs to find something she does good because apparently been a waitress is not one, i had to talk to the manager but the manager was really rude , i had talk to the owner and the girl manager they were really good help but definitely wont be going back after Saturday 1-08-2021

Disgusting dirty place?they over charge for EVERYTHING. Theres people throwing up everywhere and it stinks. Had VIP and even up there you can smell the throw up. So nasty so many women throwing up in restroom too✋ So many problematic people there too trying to cut in restroom Line & make drama. ?never going here. Service was also bad charging more for bottles that we reserved before .
