Very unfriendly. The 2 girls barely say a word and when they do you can't hear them properly. They don't look like they're happy to be working there. I said thank you when my drink was ready, but no reply back from them. Drink was way too hot, tasted almost like burnt milk. They need to ease up on the steamer for sure. Took over 10 minutes before I could even take another sip.
The crepes were yummy - except the hot sauce in the Jian Bing (spelling) seeped to the bottom of my partner's crepe and made it almost too hot to eat. The only real problem was that someone accidentally deleted our order and we had to ask them what happened after multiple groups were served before us.Once the food was prepared, I could taste why this is a popular spot. A foldable crepe that can be eaten there or on the go is a great idea! They are light and delicious with what seemed like fresh ingredients. The interior design is also quite lovely (although it was freezing in the bathroom!!). And there were lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for a small gathering.
Been a fan of Melange Creperie since it was a cart and then a regular at the farmers market. Was so excited for it when it hit conservatory and I could go more often. Then it got it's brick and mortar.Haven't had a chance to go in months and finally revisited today. It's so disappointing where it's gone. The crepes are overcooked and super flakey and hard all the way through.Their crepes used to be hard on the outer rim and changed to softer as you got close to the center. Today was just burnt all the way through. Like I was eating a waffle. The coffee tasted burnt as well.As a long time fan. I understand the days where you could chat with the founder at the farmers market while he makes the best crepe in Houston are long gone. I just wish the new people making them now were better trained to keep the magic going
came here for lunch on a whim cause i was nearby (would not have come if i had checked the menu online prior). got the butter chicken crepe. it was flavorful but didn't taste like traditional butter chicken. also, it had rice which was unexpected inside a crepe and i didn't enjoy. the savory menu was limited or i would have gotten something else- the only other meat option was pork which i don't eat.
Our BnB unfortunately didn’t have breakfast but reccommened this place… and it was amazing. All different kinds of tasty crepes for any mood you’re in! People were nice and friendly inside and cute atmosphere. Nothing bad to say!
Had the breakfast taco crepe while I was waiting for a friend at the dentist office nearby. The crepe was delicious! It did not last long enough for a photo unfortunately.
First time ever stopping in on my walk and Ty was so welcoming and sweet. My friend and I felt very comfortable and the Chai Tea and macaroons were sooo delicious! Definitely coming back with my husband.
Awesome place with mix of savory and sweet crepes. The place is as clean as a whistle and you get to watch the crepes as they're made. My family enjoyed it immensely.
