My favorite dessert and a new location. Had to come and try the other location since this is the best dessert in the entire world. Yes, I'm talking about the icy grass jelly signature. When it's hot out and you need a cool treat, this is it!It might not be for everyone, but I would highly suggest to any coffee fans out there that this might be what you've been missing. I'm still trying to put my finger on it, as this is not a coffee dessert. There's just something about the shaved ice grass jelly that is so reminiscent of a coffee like flavor that I'm sure you'll agree once you try it.I've reviewed the other location, so feel free to look for more details about my love of this place, and if you're not a fan of coffee, there are plenty of other options on the menu that might a more fruity / sweet palette on a hot summer day. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to this location as the they did an excellent job keeping up with my love of Meet Fresh. It's a bit smaller shop, but the menu is just as strong.Strangely, there was a line out the door at a corn dog place a few shops down & I could think was, "they're lining up at the wrong place."One quick note for a few of the negative reviews I read: You can't order shaved ice to go, I mean... you can, but this is Houston & it's hot outside. You've got to eat it right away. I have gotten it to go & sat in my car and eaten it during the pandemic, which was fine, the portion was a bit smaller, but this is a shaved ice dessert best served in ceramic bowls.
Hi I come to your store all the time .I want you guys to know the person who makes the tea for customers please read the label carefully. I ordered milk tea with jelly add Boba . But my tea has no Boba in it. I paid extra money for nothing. I know that's not much money .But the problems is the tea with only jelly is terrible. I couldn't drink it.. which made me more angry is no body answer the phone. It always goes to the voice mailbox. Why . I have nowhere to talk to.i have to leave a message here?
People have commented about the milk they use and my wife notices that too. Not a big deal for her though but nothing yo special about this tea shop. Overpriced of course. I would like to come back to try the shaved ice some time.
This new strip is beautiful and has lots of places to eat at. We decided to try the first place we walked by and do not regret it. Inside it is very clean and there is plenty of space to sit at. The employees are nice and quick to take your order. They have a big selection of desserts, which I've never tried but will be willing to one day. Our order came out very quick and everything was delicious and fresh!
I absolutely love this place! I've been to the one in Denver and both of them are amazingly delicious! The only issue is understanding the menu and communicating what I wanted. It's helpful to read the menu first. I LOVE the Taro Bowls, and any tea with boba. My drink had Taro Balls (I didn't know those existed) and ordered a Taro Bowl. This led to a communication confusion between Ball and Bowl. The person taking the order was like " Your drink already have Taro Balls" -I was like, ‐"But I want a Taro Bowl as well" -They were like -But your drink HAS Taro balls already". At some point we realize what was going on by pointing to the menu and we both laughed.
It is so delicious! After being away from Taiwan, this is a great treat. This Meet Fresh did preserve the best version of the store. I always love the taro balls and sweet potato balls! I was not aware of the purple yam balls at the time, I will try that next time. This is also my first time trying the egg waffle. Very crispy on the outside. I went with local friends, that's why I ordered chocolate flavor. Everyone loved it. They are all encouraged to try mocha flavor next time.也太好吃了吧！下次還要再來！
We ordered Purple Rice Drink with Mini Q & Fresh Milk but the drink doesn’t taste like is made of fresh milk. It was quite a let down.
I’ve been here twice, during summer and winter.They have a nice variety of dessert, toppings and flavors. The shaved ice is refreshing, and I like that they have warm options for cold weather.My only complaint is that they are a bit pricey, but portions are huge. Consider sharing with a friend, because you might not be able to finish it!
Ordered pickup and sadly the shaved ice melted when I got there. Great portion for the price tho.
First time here. It was delicious ?. Not too sweet not took overwhelming. Parking is a bit of an issue when you come on the weekend
