Fast service and very accommodating waitress! Shoutout to Ms Lynne ????

Super excited to visit this restaurant. They recently opened their doors in Houston so I know I have to try it when I’m in town. This place was super busy at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. We got fried chicken, lechon kawali, halo halo, pork skewers and laing. I enjoyed the chicken the most! It was flavorful inside and out and it wasn’t dry at all. It reminds me of my childhood memory of eating a Max’s with my family in Manila. Our wait staff JR was amazing he was very attentive to our needs. Despite the restaurant’s traffic, these wait staffs manage to do some singing for people celebrating their birthdays at the restaurant. What a great touch! If want home cooked Filipino food this is a place to try.

food was good but the portions were small like the sinigang & pinakbet.

Found this place unexpectedly and am glad I did. Ordered the half chicken and it was incredible. Staff was helpful and told me a few good hacks. Definitely will be back

I ordered online for pick up. This is suppose to be chicken sisig. It doesn’t look or taste like it, it seems cold and mostly onion and mayo. The lumpia I ordered taste like stale oil and old meat.I might be spoiled because I know what Max’s should taste like (Waipahu, Hawaii; Iloilo city, Philippines; Daly City, CA)This is not on paar at all with my expectations of a Max’s restaurant chain absolutely horrible. Would not recommend.

There will be an urge to order a lot at once, but I suggest to hold off on a few so the food doesn't get cold. It's cold in the restaurant and the food is best eaten while hot.

Best food around. Friendly staff I drove from Missouri City to eat here and taking a to go order home

We stopped here for lunch to see how similar this location is to their Philippines locations. While obviously not the same, it was still a good experience with yummy food for lunch!Their whole fried chicken is definitely a good deal besides being tasty. We noticed they have a lot of take-out orders besides being busy with dine-in so they are popular. It is definitely a place we would patronize again!

The signature chicken is finger-licking good and the place is nice and comfy and has more space in between tables. Our server, Irene, is nice and kind. She was courteous and made sure we have our orders right. I would have given a 5 stars if i am going rate it purely by her service. I’m rating it at 4 star because it took some time to make the fresh lumpia due to the fact they only have very few cooks and they ran out of stock during that time. The halo-halo pictured here is good and the ice are finely shaved.

First time eating here. Crispy Pata, Fried Chicken and Halo-halo was on point. Superb service from Ms Lynne!
