Best local sushi place around. Happy hour is like Cheers: Everyone knows your name, the staff is super friendly and remembers your usual order. Definitely a great place to unwind for a relaxing dinner after a long day at work. Plus the fish is always fresh.

My friends and I always come to Matsu for the best happy hour. Our server, Andres, is the best! He has an amazing memory and remembers my usual orders every time. He's always on top of everything. All of the staff members are super friendly. We love Matsu!
Matsu Sushi is an amazing traditional style sushi experience. Affordably priced, friendly staffed, and clean fresh vibrant sushi. Definitely my Favorite Spot for those sushi cravings.
The prices are very affordable and the sushi is pretty good! The happy hour menu is awesome.
The rolls were quite creative and the presentation on the plate was very nice. The staff is pleasant.But the sushi/sashimi is nothing special. And the beer and sake selections are uninteresting.I'll come back because my dining partner really enjoys creative rolls of cooked fish. But if you want the best sushi in the area or a good selection of beer, sake and even wine, go to Sushi Jin.
First time here on a whim based on reviews. Invited some friends from out of town.. Everything was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh. Service was magnificent. Would totally recommend a visit to Matsu Sushi bar! Edit: went back again a second time and without fail everything was great. Service is impeccable. Would recommend. Go check it out!

Been here twice in the past year. Well worth the 30 minute drive. Excellent sushi and exceptionally fast and friendly service. We will definitely be back soon!
